Pituri ghat kamarhati is really an awesome place for get some fresh breeze in the hustle and bustle of the city. Wide area and park are there adjustable and clear surrounding. For taking dip and morning walks people used this place. Water quality is not very bad . But sometimes there is some trashy appearance. Parking lots are available. Kids friendly place. There is some temples also.

I havent any problem related with pituri ghats nature and development but our towns Roads condition too bad in my opinion our town Kamarhati should be more developed like calcutta because it is the part of kolkata (also Bengal)

Its a very good place and well accomodated for idol immersion process as its one of the biggest ghats of Ganges river.. Very wide and 42 stairs are there for easiest access... There is a big park besides the ghats and a medium sized park in other hand and this ghats is attached with a sloping area for more easiest access mainly for the rainy season..

The place is beautiful. Especially if you want to witness the sunset. But its too crowded. And the crowd isnt exactly the friendly kind. Beware if you are couple and planning on visiting. U might like the leers from the people in 40s and 50s in here . Also if you have a lady with you/ you are one, make sure to leave before sundown. The road to the place again not too friendly.

This place is little tough to reach. But such a beautiful place.You can have a relaxing evening time sitting at ghat and can experience a beautiful sunset.Least polluted and crowdy and there are park beside the ghat for childrens to play and adults can sit and chill.

There is one Park near pitori ghat only that park condition ok otherwise Ghat condition not well

Although the ghat has been renovated now in better condition. But before that the pictures showing what horrible condition of the open garbage disposal vat infront of house holders. Dead animals are thrown here. All the garbage from ward no one of Kamarhati Municipality dumped here. Public are openly urinate here . So house holders are not able comeout from there house. Kamarhati Municipality should be implemented strongly the system Segregation from the source. Many cattle , dogs and puppies are becoming dead due to mixing of dangerous garbage... like toxic , glass items and other.

This ghat is just beside of my school it is not so good... To visit..... The place is not clean and have a verry bad experiance about the ghat
