Good, of you want a decent room at reasonable rates you can go for this 2 3 KMs from Kolkata Airport. Theres no in-house kitchen thats the only minus thing of this guest house.

Location wise it is near to airport and Dumdum metro station, so it is easy to commute to anywhere in Kolkata from this property. For me it took only 15 minutes to reach airport at 8:30 AM. Anytime one can go to dumdum metro station in 10 to 15 minutes. Each and every rooms are well maintained cleaned properly. Bed sheets, pillow covers are clean and kept tidy. Owner Mr. Ramachandra personally supervises and checks the cleanliness of rooms. Staffs are friendly and polite. I stayed in this hotel for 17 days in different rooms. In every room got similar experience.When I checked in on 1st January 2019 morning was received hearty welcome form Mr. Ramachandra. I had to travel to Calcutta due to difficult medical situation and during my 17 days stay received great moral support for Mr. Ramachandra. Their corporation and friendly behavior give me a huge relief during difficult situation. I got a chance to stay with really nice people. Thanks to Mr. Ram Kutti, Srideep, Rahul and other Staffs.

Giving 1star because negative rating is not allowed. The reason for this rating is the manager/receptionist there (in the pic). Very rude, very over smart and was drunk like hell. He deliberately cancelled our room booking so that he can make more money. Because of him only I had to wait for 2 hours in the reception area.on every 10 mins he was rushing for having cigarettes and after coming back was talking rubbish. The room was average.

Staff behaviour was good but but they did not clean the house properly. the hot water was not coming to the bath. the hotel food test was pretty bad. almost everything looked good. it is good if you understand the needs of the guests.

Its better dealing

They are a complete disappointment and cheater. I booked via Agoda and paid from my credit card. When I went there they said the amount I paid via card was lower than their rate! So why the hell you guys took the payment from my card? And there was not refund! I had to find another hotel. Please Dont go there. Rubbish.

It is a very average property. Breakfast is somehow OK, should be little upgraded. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Location is good. The property and the room are very small. No cabinet/cupboard for cloths. And some other services like tea/coffee, mineral water etc not available. Have no restaurant also.

Most amazing, secured, and completely comfort hotel by oyo. especially the staff was quite good. and the reception guys was very alert for taking care of every guest.

Stayed here three times.Very nice place to stay. Clean and hygiene place.Wifi + Breakfast + ACWell behavior of owner and other staff-boys also. They also calls do we need anything or not.Transportation is always available here.Not much far from Airport.Not much congested area but everything is available to eat. Bar is also available near this. Smoking is allowed inside it.I also stayed in other rooms. But i liked it much.

Worst oyo in kolkata.cheats its customers by cancelling their bookings on their own and asks for xtra money to book and continue check in.please do never ever book in this oyo.very bad behaviour of staff and rude .

The services are good, room and bathroom are clean and spacious.. the price is also reasonable. Location is not far from airport .. they also arrange airport drop service if we need 👍🏻

The aged person in front desk try to behave like oversmart, so irritating, he refused my booking saying that we dont allow local id proof. I say ok no issues but in OYO its showing allowed. However we will go for other hotel. In front of us he call some one at OYO and after 5min discussion he told me this time I am allowing. I repeat no need to do me a favor, I shall manage. On request I stay. After check out again repeat pls try another hotel next time, dont book my property. But rate us as 5starAt last he cross his limit the rascal call my partner and say Madam do remember pls dont visit again this hotel. In this way he spoil my stay. No complementary water bottle also provided. Being a regular customer felt very insulated

Worst Oyo in Kolkata, specially their staff behaviourI just booked through oyo app with discounted rate but when i reached to check in they deny to check in with my oyo booking rate and asked me to give more money for previously booked room.I wish i cud give them -5 ratingPlz dont go to this hotel..plzzzz

Edit : The person behind the apology & the person tending to you at the hotel are two different people. The property is listed under the Brand of OYO and yet when you do your online booking through OYO, they shamelessly deny to honour the price or commitment (I did not negotiate with OYO. I just took the price they gave me). The guy behind the counter was an obnoxious rude person who went violent when confronted and told me to take up the matter with OYO. This when I had booked four rooms and was travelling for a marriage. Needless to say, I didnt stay here and Id strongly suggest if youre booking online, either you can call the hotel (if you really want to stay here) and ask them whether theyll accept the booking at the price (and who does that anymore) or there are other properties nearby too (recommended).

Plz make little low cost. Bcoz sometime cost is going so high. Specially Thursday. Thank you

Staffs are too good. But owner of this hotel is too rude and told me to get out as I was 2 hour early for check in. Owner behavior doesnt even suit with servants. Please dont go to this hotel. Displayed picture is totally different.I was ready to pay him extra for early check-in in the terms of Oyo rules and regulations but he denied everything and told me not to argue. I was genuinely ask him Oyo policy and he just showed his tantrum of his ownership of that hotel and told me to get out. Coming to breakfast, it was very oily and unhealthy. Puri sabji for veg and omelette for non vegetarian.After sometime I met Oyo Area manager, I explained him about owner everything. In spite of talking to him, he was giving me advice that it is my fault as they were friends. I felt humiliated and will never book hotel again for Oyo. I checked out from this hotel early as possible.Once again, there are many hotel near this area. Do try other but not this. Owner behavior says it all.
