Fraudulent service received from the outlet.the one who sits in cash offered me fake commitment over phone for M51 phone and denied completely when arrived at store.He commited me of giving me the M51 at 23K along with headphone,when arrived there he told me that he cant give the phone less than 24K and completely denied his commitment.Suggestion to the outlet- Please dont play with customers emotion and trust.

Samsung brand is good but worst service and behaviour of the dealer/staff.... Dont have proper knowledge and information about the product.. Also give wrong information about the product and misguided us.. Told us he is going to give discount bt may be some reason system couldnt allowed and our price is deducted as the price given so he said he will give some micowave glass bowl set (borosil)as to manage the discounted money also he got that gift from company and kept for us for few days with him but we were not able to take that product at that time as we were out of station.. after few days he gave tht product to some other customer without out permission and now it is over 4months he denied to give the product and misguided everyone that he told us if the product will be available then only he will give otherwise not... He told me that we complained to the samsung company so that he is not going to give tht product anymore do whatever we can do..

Got damaged product. After letting them know also..no help..dont have words for this experience..worst
