We can get many varieties of tea, coffee, snacks here. But the quantity is very low than its price. But the quality is very good. The ambience is also very good. Staffs are well disciplined and caring. But I think in Tea Junction, tea is much much better than coffee.

A road side tea staller makes way better tea than them.

Some great club sandwiches are here with combination of quick tea or shakes whichever you may like. Sandwiches cost around₹90 ( spinach cheese and corn ) and they have good fruit based shakes , i had ordered blueberry shakes which had ball like particles which was awesome to drink and eat at last 🥰💋💋💋😄😃 tasted super awesome and 😅😀 their prices are well laid. The tea have a lot of variety . You can taste their mocha as well which has a chocolate flavour infused. 😅😀 it is located near the food court of diamond plaza mall. This place has cartoonic pictures on walls which depict some narration which is quite good. They have stools and small desk which is sometimes crowded. The staff are friendly 😊😊👍👍overall rating - 4/5 🙏😅😅👍 one more thing they dont provide any chips as complimentary with sandwich that makes me sad.

This is the worst tea junction of Kolkata... Even roadside tea stall provide better quality than this outlet...

One of the bigger Tea Junction frenchisees in Kolkata. Located on 4th floor inside Diamond Plaza Mall. Lot of veg and non vegetarian snacks in addition to various types of teas available. Very reasonable prices. Hygienic place. TV installed inside the tea house is played loud and it can cause little disturbance if you are looking for a quite place to sip tea. Simple tea available from Rs 27.

Good tea, bad experience. I thought what distinguishes Tea junction from any road side tea stall is a place to sit and talk, BOND over a cup of tea. But the staff here just want to sell tea and shoo you off from the shop when you are done..saying if you are done, please leave..more customers are coming in ..and when there were stools still vacant! And I was there for less than an hour.I was not there to just sip on OVER-PRICED tea. Its a place to sit and talk while I sip on two large cups of tea.Either get better staff and train them better, or well...youll just lose more customers.

If the Bills not more then they refuse to provide change with a rude unacceptable behavior! Change this or face this bad rating!!

Only snacks items available along with cold & hot beverages. High price is noticable. Even a cheese samosa would cost re. 70 or a chicken hot dog would cost 110. Held in hang out zone of Diamond Plaza Mall. Air conditioned, sitting arrangements are limited.

A very pretty cafe! Tasty breakfast in a clean place with friendly staff. It wasn’t cheap but was worth it for the quality of tea.

Cool fun place to have a hot cuppa and try your hand at various varieties of tea while you are at it. Polite and well mannered staff. Finding a place to sit can sometimes take time as the place is quite popular.

I am 65 yr old person. Wnt to diamond plaza counter tea junction. I orderd tea it was not hot .the behaviour of the male employee who was taking money is very rude and dont know how to behave he took my order and served it after 15 mnts . snacks item is very over priced

Tea junction is the best affordable cafe in the city. With its presence in all the major malls, its a delight for youngsters that are looking to saviour their signature offering, i.e, Masala tea. The ambience is a visual delight especially the one located inside diamond plaza.

Located on fourth floor of diamond plaza, adjacent to food court.So many memories of having tea with friends, loved ones and family.The best adda to have chai on their cozy sofa chairs. Tea is tasty and the staff now is really professional.Must visit for tea cravings.Enjoy.

This outlet is my go to. And it is much bigger than many other outlets. As I am regular coustomer i had a little issue with a coupon and I reached out to the tea junction via social media and the regional manager actually reached out to me and apologized. They have shown such good customer service and professionalism i was amazed. The next tym i visited they gave me complimentary food for the inconvenience i faced before. That was amazing really pleased.

Nice and quite place to have tea and snacks and spend some time, provided one visits during non rush hours. Prices are okay for tea but quantity is less. For snacks the prices are a bit on higher side.

The service standard of staffs is very bad. They just dont know what is customer service. Today I have visited with my family to drink some flavour tea, our two kids have ice cream. Staffs are just told us dont enter with ice-cream. That means there is a condition to enter the shop. Very strange!!!!!
