Had my marriage reception arranged here, banquet is good but service is poor

A reasonably good hotel in Sodepur area. Room are comfortable. Stuffs are helpful. But wifi was not well. There is wifi connectivity issue in this hotel. Also they dont accept card for any payment. Only cash. May be this problem they will fixed soon.

Availability of hotel accommodation is generally very poor in Sodepur/ Agarpara/ Khardah area... Somehow The Pearl Hotel could mitigate someones need... Location is good.. Rate is little bit high compared to the size of room...

On BT road.. Very nice place.. 1 booked room from OYO.. The hotel is too good.. Staffs behavior is very good.. For any problem they come and solve that.. They are very helpful.. Room is good and wash room is clean..OYO give me a soap and a shampoo..I eat lunch here and the food quality is awesome... Have parking area... The view is too good.. The sodepur and dhankol bus is near and sodepur railway station is not so far.. Not very expensive... Lift, TV, AC, are working.. Local ID card is accepted here.. Over all good and safe..

Located at a convenient location on BT road near Sodepur traffic signal, this is very good hotel in this locality for providing accommodation to guests coming from distance. Its good for official accommodation too. It has got air conditioned rooms. My guest has appreciated the food served here.

Room was booked for me by a friend. As I checked into the room intercom was not working. No fresh towel was kept. Plug points were dysfunctional. I went down to the reception and got a towel.

Its ok. It has got a good location but I found the rooms ok and not very spacious. Although toilets and linens are all clean. Can be reached by auto or bus or private car.

The hotel is good. Staff is even better. Rooms are big but only thing that concetning is toilets are very small.

I wish I had the option of 0 star I would have opted for that. I had the worst experience in my life, I travel a lot but never seen a cheap hotel and this sort of hotel management. I booked my room through oyo with a great offer of 60% off and 40% cash back and was rest assured that at after a journey of more than12hrs and a sleepless night with severe jetlagged condition Ill check-in and take rest but I was totally unaware that worst was waiting for me. I went to the hotel to check-in but they denied to take my booking as according to them their minimum tarrif for single room is 1200INR and they cant accept my booking as my booking amount is less as compared to their tarrif and in order to stay in that hotel I have to cancel my current booking and have to rebook it, but why would I do that??? I got an offer given by Oyo so I booked it with a valid booking id, if they were not ok with the offer that oyo gave me for their hotel than they could have spoken to oyo directly and sorted out the issue but why this harrasment to the customer??? Its none of customers business to look at their tarrif, if I had to look into their tarrif then I would have directly booked a room I wouldnt have gone through oyo. When I asked them to talk to oyo and sort out they denied as according to them they cant speak to oyo instead I have to talk to oyo and sort out and after a hell lot of arguments when I asked them to cancel my booking even that they couldnt do, just imagine the level of harrasment they did to me. If they had differences with oyo the hotel management could have informed me earlier to cancel the booking in that case I would have never gone to that hotel or they could have informed oyo to inform the customer but they chose to harass the customer instead who literally had no fault. Lastly in that burning hot weather and extream tired condition I had to search for other hotels as I chose not to stay in that hotel anymore. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen n what else could be expected from a hotel of this kind. What an irony they were earning their bread n butter by collaborating with OYO n on the other hand they were bad mouthing oyo and its services. I would request people to be very careful while booking rooms in this hotel as hotel staff is very rude and are careless and not at all customer centric.

The WC in the washroom is very close to the one side wall and tap and it is very uncomfortable. Height of the WC is not normal and the wash room is not well ventilated. Others are ok. Room no. 203.

Main part was i have booked room with OYO rs 1600 but the pearl hotel take extra charges (total rs 1800 above with out food), room was not satisfactory. Very dirty,small as well as wash room. Running water was not available. Towel not provided. *There was nothing that was about to commit by OYO*

Just a similar 1 star or below hotel where the sheets and pillow cases were not clean. The bed was not made properly and you could see the dirty frame of the bed.

Horrible. The hotel denied oyo rate. I had to call up oyo for several times to solve my problems. But oyo couldnt solve my problem and to solve my harassment, I cancelled oyo booking. Horrible experience by me.

Pathetic client Handling . I booked a room here from 7th- 9th August. My parents reach their at 10.30 and they said there is no booking. I called up Expedia and they confirmed that there is a booking, I asked them to speak to property owner he said that he will check. Now here at the reception my parents are struggling for a room when they have paid the whole amount. Staff at reception is only speaking Bengali now that is another problem. After a wait of 20 minutes they were asked to move even when the confirmation was with me and in the midnight they were left at road stating they dont have any reservation. My parents were struggling for a room and Expedia was asking them to shift to other hotel as there is some gal in booking. Now Tell me who is suffering in this night even after doing everything prior to get a reservation.Disgusting tratement by Staff, OYO rooms and Expedia for sure.

Front manager its disgusting. he dont no how to talk with guest.so rude no manner of talking they charging more money for tiny rooms especially if u enter at night.

It was a convenient place for occasional outing,but have no experience about Indore facilities,as I never availed it.

Hotel does not follow the norms and regulation of OYO rooms despite they accept booking from OYO rooms. The rooms are every small hardly to move.No complementary breakfast ,No Wi-Fi connection and the room stinks repeated complain the AC was not repaired nor room was changed worst place for staying.

Rates of rooms are higher than usual.Room service not self responding...All the necessaries have to ask for daily requirements..Like tea bag, toilet soap etc. Towel is not as per boarder No. But helpful for staying extra hours after checkout time..If needed.
