More than 100 peoples hard earned money is lost, people do not know how to get back their hard earned money , no one is their to answer your questions. and even if by luck someone receives your call they will give some convincing stories which actually no one should believe.

My several clients have already filed case against this Mounthill which is a partner of MKHS. This company are deficient in providing service and failed to deliver possession to my clients inspite of taking advance money. Some of them taken home loans and I had to take injunction to stop EMI. The person behind all this are Hemant Sikaria, Manish Kakrani and other some persons are involved. So beware new buyers and my suggestion to other purchasers who have already paid money should immediately take legal steps before it is too late.Amarnath Sanyal, AdvocateCalcutta High Court

Big fraud company. Dont even think of wasting money on these cheats.

This company has not completed a single project till date. They just print catalogues over barren lands and take peoples hard earned money. Then the entire staff changes after a year and then you will find a new catalogue and a new barren land and a new fraud team. I dont know how do they still manage to open their office shamelessly.

ZERO stars actually !! Hundreds of owners have been left with non completed property and huge percentage paid to builder. Essence, Fussion, Raiforest, Pyramid all are stuck and dealing in their own ways... emails not replied, phones not answered , in person making senseless reasons ....

I have deposited 26 lakhs and booked a flat . After 7 years they have not yet handed over the flat and did not assure when they would hand it to me . Most unreliable and fraud promoter.

Choor company.... You can say... They no value of time and money.... Only false promise.... I cancelled my flat at fusion in 2017 due to slow work.... My return amount suppose to after 50 days of cancellation.... But still m fighting for my refund... Project inka late hai....aur penalty humse le rahe hain...... Committed for completion in 3 years and paid 80% of the total cost on good faith. They were sending photographs of the construction site on a regular basis where they showed progress of their work. But, when we visited the site we could see that not even 10% work has been done in last 3 years in their project - Rain forest, Kolkata. They were sending photographs of a single incomplete structure from different angles which would not take even 6 months to build. 3 years is not a small time to at least show intention to actually work on the project.They are very particular about sending birthday and anniversary wish over e-mail. But, doesnt care to reply my queries about project completion.I am seriously thinking about taking legal action against this fake organisation.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Be aware of this developer. They are not completing any of their projects and also not refunding any money. They are just playing with peoples money . These people cant rest in peace.

They do not honour payments to vendors. they sell property in dubai and advertise using our services and have not paid for more than a year. not a credible organisation. they do not even respond to mails and calls

Fraud company. We have booked a flat in Rainforest and paid 90%.They have stopped the project without any notice or cancellation fees.They should be behind the bars.

Fraud company. I just saw a news report, by The Quint in YouTube on how they are not delivering apartment and not giving back the money to the investors.

Lets form a group for rainforest and registered a case against them in national consumer forum.
