One of the most horrible ICICI branch I have ever come across... The staffs are very impolite and have constant habit of poking customers.. I’ve been going there for 3 times found the attitude of the staff all the times. I will escalate the case to the higher authority if nothing changes or else might stop banking with Icici in future. Once again horrible customer services plz change your staff...

Most 3rd class branch iv ever seen sply one bank official Ms.Mandavi is harrassing us since Feb 2020 intentionally and not regularise our current account. And today she said directly to close the bank account. More than Rs 80 Thousand is no blocked in my office account too. Friends please stay away from this Patuli Branch. We are presently a current account holder of this branch. Extreme rude behaviour by this branch.
