Sales person was too good in his job and highly persuasive. He will convince you to take a cycle from their store. If you choose a low priced cycle rather than higher end cycle, he will convince you to take the low end cycle. You cant bargain too much there. Other than cycle they wont take card for other products like helmets etc. Manager was well behaved. Their collection was good, though in this post lock down situation stocks and variety plummet due to disruption of supply chain.Edit after 4 days use of cycle: They forgot to fit the bottle holder in my cycle. In this regard I tried to contact them several times but failed to connect them. They are not picking up the call, dont know why.

Worst after Sales Service in Kolkata. They simply shut you after selling their product. Dont buy from them.

The manager and the staff are decent. I bought Hercules Top Speed FX 200 rim size 26 from their store. They didnt guide me on the saddle height or the frame height of the cycle as if they were in a hurry to sell the cycle by any means to a customer.The cycle height is inappropriate for me and instead of feeling sorry, they suggested me to buy another cycle.The cycle was delivered late. Apart from that, the brakes were not working at all. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

Pathetic shop with pathetic customer service.They are really cheat big time cheat. At the time of selling they miss sell try selling wrong products. Later literally misguide people. Full family sits in the shop and each one try passing on blame to each other and make fool of customer. Please dont buy things from this shop.

Sort of very unprofessional service and behaviour by the staff and the owner, went for buying mud-guard, bell and XMR lock but turned down when asked for a proper invoice and was charged extra for fittings. If a registered store of a reputable cycle making holding is found in such an unfavourable condition then evenly no one would wish for offline purchases.

I bought a Hercules street cat last month but there are so many technical problems in the cycle that i went back to the shop on that very evening of the day when i bought that cycle and heard that there is no professional mechanic the head mechanic wasnt there so they somehow managed and struggled to fix the cycle that to they couldnt do it properly after a week i had many issues with the cycle and i bought that cycle so that i can take it to work (from moulali to jadavpur) its quite far to travel and i had many problems while on the road for e.g brakes were not good paddle was making sound wheel was not fixed properly etc...so after someday again i went the mechanic still wasnt there and they asked me to come back after a month so i decided to fix it from outside cost me 500rs to fix it from a local cycle repairing shop...i had such a bad and unprofessional experience and would not recommend anyone to buy cycle from this shop with this kind of technical and unprofessional conditions....and i would rate 5star to that local cycle shop who fixed my cycle so professionally rather than this so call huge shop with no professionalism..

I bought a hercules cycle in this shop.( Hercules nightvision)They r selling a defective peice. Breaking system nd cycle rim quality is too bad.

If there is a option for Negative Star rating, I would better rate it as -**.The owner of the store, the older one, is a really good person.There is a person Jana da (surname) who knows everything and do nothing and when required for servicing or any other information, you will unable to get him... There are lots and lots of complaints, against this particular store, which cannot be written in a short review..Definitely a Not Recommended store for cyclists in this area.

Good place with a decent stock of all kinds of bikes. Can get bikes upto 30k in ready stock. For higher spec bikes they can deliver within a week.

Behaviour of the manager of this Cycle store is very good, gentle. Very amiably, they talk with others. I bought my first new gear cycle named Hercules Roadeo Hannibal today from here.The worker here assembled my new bike like a pro.Okay! They sell the cheapest and most defective products in the entire area. The staff wud behave very gently till u buy something. But after delivery u wud generally find that some accessories are missing and the cycle was not working properly. And if u go to complaint the next day, they wont even recognize you. If you value your money then dont buy from it. Me and my friend , both had to suffer after buying bikes worth each of 20k.

Bought a Mach city Munich and front lights were defective but they replaced without any query . Nice behaviour. But but the mechanic is extremely unprofessional and has no knowledge of repairing or assembling modern cyclingAnd some products are really defective

There after sales service is worst then you think, and the brands which they promote are also very if you wanna replace something under warranty, in my case it was Montra Madrock 29, they took more than 3 months to replace it & in my friends case it was 6 months😞, and their accesories give on bike 🤣 you are better off without them. I request you to please never visit this store.

I bought a montra madrock 27.5 a month back. The guy who assemblies your bike is the guy trying to sell u the bike whereas the owner is not bothered to talk to u.. And what I could imagine also was that they were not professionals in setting up a new bike.. A day later I had to take my bike to the shop to get some brake issues fixed. Now am wondering how they will service my bike after 3 months..

Unprofessional attitude of the owner. Took advance, promised to assemble the cycle nextday, but forgot and sold the cycle to somebody else. Think twice before trusting them.

Allankey, Spanner are free of cost available if you try to fixed (High range bicycle). ● All Hercules product available here expect other brand. Good stock compare as kolkata market.

Very Ignorant behaviour .. They only behave good when you are buying something , they dont welcome you even when you enter their shop . I had went there for some price enquiry of certain hercules models .. the person behaved in a rude and ignorant and very shallow way as if I am his labour. Because of this i chose another shop to buy my Hercules.

I purchased a Montra Trance pro hybrid and after taking it to home i found lot of scratches and many places discoloured. Also the gear was making some problem while riding and the wheels were not true. I took it to their shop to tell them the issue but they totally ignored and i went to Giant starkenn for fixing the problem. The giant mechanic found the chain was a normal single speed chain in place of a 7 speed chain also the brake shoes and cables were not stock. The crankset also had some problem. I had to spend some extra money just tk ride that cycle. Pathetic service from Tarun cycles. The most pathetic part seems to be the changing of stock parts with local parts. We should all boycott this store.

This store generally sells defective and old products that start showing problems after a months use or so. Ive bought two high end cycles and they were both defective. The owner too is very indifferent towards you once your transaction is complete and dont expect any help from him afterwards. They may lure you to attractive deals but dont fall for that as you might have to spend a lot afterwards. Believe me Ive been through this two times and have learnt my lesson.

Cycle colour good but seat uncomfortable no delivery by truck but the man came the cycle riding the iron or steel things are quickly getting rusted mud guard of very cheap quality
