Excellent shop for all type of cycle shop experience was very nice. The boy who assebled the cycle was very friend ly. The owner uncle was very supportive and friendly. Everyone should visit the shop. 🥰

I went to buy cycle for my kid, the crew misguided me to buy a wrong bigger cycle. I requested them for return and they agreed but when my parents took it for replacement next day, they badly harrased my parents and sold them a overpriced item just to compensate the price and manipulated the bill with wrong price and kept the balance money, without even mentioning the amount in the bill. They simply try to fool people.When ever you raise concern keep blaming each other.

Pathetic customer service. The greyish hair ( May be the owner- kalo or kaluda) is just pathetic. Really felt insulted. Can you believe he just switched off the AC as I was standing in front of that. Hopefully will never purchase anything from this shop . Two other staff were ok and tried to help. Thanks to both of them .

First of all , its a cycle Store ....no gym equipment is there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although , I believe the owner should pick up cycling rather than counting profit only, hence 4 stars.😀😀

I bought my cycle from Ghosh Cycle & Co. at Garia but due to their misguide I had chosen a basic MTB. Due to lack of after sales service I went to Tarun Cycle to check for upgrades which can be done on my cycle.They guided me so nicely and elaborated the pros and cons of a few upgrades like adding disc brake and 7 gear with Simano tourney.Finally, we decided to go ahead with adding gear and no disc brake.Additionally, I purchased a front light and a lock the quality of both the items are awesome.Also they have a great collection of advance cycles both MTB, Fat Bike, Racing bikes and etc.To be precise they are the best in South Kolkata and highly recommend them.

As it is a Track and Trail Branch, They have a wider variety than any other local shop. But the only thing is that they have a fixed price always and they dont negotiate like ever.
