Beware of staying in this hotel. The staff members are like criminals. My mother is a cancer patient and had to stay in KOLKATA, near TMC after her massive surgery. We chose this property clearly stating them to provide homely style food and timely service. We booked for 6 nights and made advance for 4 nights upfront. The lied to us, they do not have kitchen, they take orders n buy it from sm substandard place. They took 3 hrs to serve Tea. They served worst food to my mother. And when my parents, being utterly dissatisfied with their services opted to check out the next day, they instead of returning the extra 3 nights money, charged them for 2 more night. They literally kept my parents hostage and extracted money for six nights whereas they stayed there only for 1 night. They are goons, inhumane and shd be totally avoided.

Loved the room size, location of the property as well as the view from the room. Breakfast could be better, 2 bananas, 2 toast with butter, 1 boiled egg everyday seems like living in a hostel and not a hotel. The manager could be more honest and forthcoming in keeping his word rather than going back on it and playing innocent.

The worst management Ive ever experienced.Before reaching the hotel i called to confirm the booking and I had a verbal confirmation from their side, after reaching the hotel they denied check-in.Theres no coordination between staff, the convenience of the guest doesnt matter to them, they simply say one thing and do they let, thier words have no value, they cant be trusted.If you dont want to be harassed, please find another property, there are plenty of better oyos in that area.

There was breach of privacy. housekeeping staff comes to clean the room, locks the door from inside while cleaning. i couldnt figure out the reason behind locking the door when all they were doing was cleaning the bed and the floor. the next day a staff comes looking for a key of a different which might have been left back at my room by the housekeepers when they came for cleaning the last day. later on, i find that key in the wardrobe. like how can a key get into the wardrobe? does it have some kind of magical powers?

A very good place for the budget. Good location. Wiďe road and opposite very big park and beautiful surrounding. Dawat, a nearby restaurant is a excellent place for dining. Overall, nice experience.

Superb hotel, stay comfortably, room clean superb, staff was too much good. They assist everytime. Bt 1 think is I didnt get hotel ph number &no advatidge outside the hotel thts y I serving the hotel. Anyways hotel is superb.

There was no oyo board so it was difficult to identify the property! rest everything was good staff was very helpful. 6 star service from my side.

The worst oyo experience ever.... If 0 star grading can be awarded,I will certainly grade a big 0... Only the cleanliness is the positive.. Rests all are rubbish...no service...even for a cup of tea we have to call thrice...no tea after 10am...no breakfast...the list is endless...pathetic...oyo should retrain the staffs...no proper policy and no voucher of taking money...adding black money to the owner...

We were there for the birthday celebration of one of our friends,the party lasted for 2 days,the food is good wont harm you cause its less spicy, hygiene maintained,service a bit slow.

It has good rooms but reception is not responding to calls.

The room service and the room condition is not upto the mark according to a premium hotel. The front office staff is not at all good. The reception number was not picked up by any staff even after several phone calls.

Hotel has a nice view of lake and also very near to main road. room is clean and spacious.

It has been one of the worst experience being in this OYO, there was no facilities and even before basic things we need to call.They did not even serve tea and you have to go out for same.Also when i entered the room there was no water there.I wont suggest this oyo if you are visiting Newtown

We had booked for 3x room and prepaid for the same. But in the hotel managers tab, it showed 2x and he received money for the same. Wasnt expected this from OYO. Real disappointed. The rating was solely for the hotel and staff behavior. Not sure if gonna opt for OYO again.

This place is good but now fed-up with oyo services. This took booking even when there is no tie-up with the hotel any more.

You pick up a random guy on the street and make him a hotel staff, what would you expect of such a guy??? Thats what happens here, although the rooms are not that bad, the hotel staff sucks and is totally disorganized and very unprofessional.

2X room but its still really to small room to stay though room was very dirty eventually I think it was not ready to stay. Toilet basin hand tap was broken badly. Room was too small to stay so its suffocating to much and walls are dampfull.

My check out was at 9pm. But I got the check out in morning.this was not expected.And the initially I was given a discount with a pay now option. And after I paid i was again charged.its not professional to charge extra after a certain free is shown and I have already paid.

The room is very small and not up to the mark. Refrigerator is not there but it is listed in the amenities.

Have had the worst experience with oyo services in this hotel. They arent in tieup with oyo anymore but in the oyo app they are still taking bookings for this hotel even taking the full payments also. After paying the amount we were denied checkin in this hotel. Then had find another hotel and strive for refund from oyo.
