The rooms need proper maintenance. Bed spreads and pillow covers aren’t clean. The washroom should have ventilation. No water in the wash room, in the morning ( kinda accepted, may happen due to human error) no one picking the phone, so that I can inform the same ( absolutely not acceptable).

What this hotel lacks in space (by that I mean where it is located) it covers in the rooms and through staffs behavior. Akash Dey , the manager is an extremely helpful guy who will accommodate most of what you want if you let him know in advance.

Dont know anything about the rooms. Not a good nearby ambience but close to westin hotel. Restaurant did not have any options other than hakka noodles (veg and nonveg) . Coffee was good. Clean restaurant.

No outside food is allowed. Even water is not free and they charge 30 Rs. for a water bottle which is not even bisleris but a local brand bistrol. Swimming pool is chargeable and not free - 500 Rs. for couple and 300Rs. for single. location is also not very good as there is no nearby market. Rooms are ok, everything was working fine. Door of one room was locked from outside and i thought i lost the key. they didnt have any duplicate key, so they asked for 2500 Rs for repairing charges. So i myself called a keymaker and he repaired the lock and when it was opened the key was found inside the room. That implies that the door was locked automatically. even then i paid 800 rs to the mechanic. Even after that, they asked for 1000 Rs for damage charges for the damage in door which was not even significant there were small scratches. when i refused to pay the amount after some argument then only they agreed not to take the charges. The staff was polite but this was very unprofessional.

I am very satisfied from this hotel. In oyo this was the best hotel I ever experienced. The staff behaviour is awesome. The food which is not available in the property is allowed to avail from outside. The A.C gives good cooling. The Mini fridge is also good. This hotel is also having a swimming pool where we can visit and take picturesThis is the most safe and secure hotel I hve ever expirienced. I will like to visit this hotel again

Worst experience ever ,Weve book three rooms with swimming pool, and they also charged for the swimming pool but when we try to use the pool they told us to its closed.They argued with my friends.

The food is great and so is the room. But there is no sofa or additional chair, or electric kettle. However, the staffs and manager are well behaved.

I really regret that I had made my bookings as when I had reached the hotel and checked into my room the room was tremendously dirty, foul smell and the linen and the pillows were full of stains. When I complained to the hotel staff they had sent the room cleaning guy who was not following covid-19 protocols and didnt even have a mask. The cleaning guy refused to chance the stained linen or the pillows stating that their laundry service is like this and they cant help me I would have to bear such dirty linen and pillows. After repeatedly telling the staff and after some quarrel he decided to change the linen and pillow with again stained linen and pillow covers and said all our linen and pillows are like this if you have to stay then you have to bear this as our laundry service is like this. I was very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the whole thing as there was no clean linen nor pillow and there were no mask nor any means of sanitization whereas one of the main reason for me to book it through OYO because it was specifically written that there would be proper sanitization before the customers.We are highly offended and embarrassed for the experience had at the hotel the receptionist forces customers to put 5 stars for the stay and behave such a rude way that I as a customer would never book with you again nor I would recommend any women to do the same due to such experience.

The place is located off the main road. The interiors are fine in the Lobby. Checked the rooms, mildly stuffy and not very clean. The bedsheet had a hole and oil patches. Its 1star.. just about makes in hygiene standard. Didnt check in.

I have stayed in 50+ oyo rooms and this is by far the best experience that I have had. Everything starting from amenities, service, food, sanitation is top notch. Special mention to Rahul Pramanick, the ops manager, for exemplary service. One of the best value for money properties that I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Its gud, but the location is not good. Youve a nice scenery from the room window, but the road to the hotel is not good. The rooms are great, clean. The service is also good. I personally like this hotel very much, but the location comes always in between. The food in the hotels are way too costly and you cant find any local restaurants nearby to eat something.

I booked 3X type 10 rooms for 3 Person each room Stay at this Capital O category Hotel but they provided only double bed room occupancy for our guest stay. They put off reception telephone over the desk. Hotel Staff was good only by behavior but due limited man power services are too slow (eg. I requested drinking water 11.00 AM after reminding 3 times got it on 4.15 PM). Overall Infrastructure is good but maintenance of facilities are missing. Whole 2 nights we experienced frequent Electricity fluctuations meanwhile Air Conditioner was not cooling. Last 3rd night got proper voltage but faced electricity fault on Elevator. So we used staircase for 2nd and 3rd floor room. Food quality is excellent but a bit expensive compared to zomato and swiggy. Overall experience was not so good because my guest was unhappy regarding obtained services from this hotel.

I booked this hotel for Good location. Hotel doesnt have Card payment facility. they ask for cash every time and says there is a problem with card machine.Breakfast is not good. Ill give 1 star.Rooms are spacious but rooms amenities are not cleaned properly. PL check the Photos. I Reached at around 11 pm and ordered food over Swiggy. Hotelier was rude and Not even letting Swiggy person to deliver food to Reception. Overall the Staffs need to training in customer handling and behavior.completely unsatisfied.

Were not told in advance Swimming Costume payment RS.150/person to be paid separately even though We have our Speedo swimming costumes.The Swimming pool tiles were slimy from the dirty water, our faces started itching.Elevator was not working the next day and lastly Electric Kettle in Room was stinking from something other than water.But over all People were very courteous and kind. Food was Great! Bedroom was cool and clean..

Good but need to work a lot on cleanness. However service is good. Should have atleast one chair in the room. I never saw a hotel in this world where there is no chair or sofa or anything to sit in the room. This is the first one and highly dissatisfied on this issue.

Very nice hotel with good management. food is not upto the mark.staffs are very nice and mannered. rooms are huge with all the necessary decors and furnishings. the roof has a pool and its a pleasure to watch entire new Town from rooftop at nighttime. the location is bit desolate. Ecopark gate 1 is at a stonethrow distance from the hotel. outside food is strictly not allowed. they have their own restaurant.

The rooms are not clean enough! The bedsheets were dirty, The bathroom had no locking mechanism whatsoever, and there was smell of cigarettes and whisky allover the place, smelled like some cheap bar. Though its a very cheap hotel! But cleanliness should be kept in mind, also the elevator was not going to third floor which we were in, so had to move in and out from other floor.

Pool was too damn small, you guys shouldnt advertise it as a swimming pool. the washroom was unclean. continuous water dripping from the AC. the food was horrible.250 bucks for a plate of chilli chicken which is inedible. the biryani was oh so bad. and the jeera rice was just not worth it. couldnt eat it. Room service is poor. we called the room service 3 times before going to the reception in person just to get a bottle of water. the food, the amenities advertised is not available there. problem while checking in. the ambience of the room was bad. lights werent working properly, ac wasnt working properly, bathroom too small and unclean. sheets were unclean.

This is a very good hotel property, the only lacking is the service staff. I feel they have a lack of coordination. if you ask thrice then only they can provide you. I stayed here for 4 days and found the major issue of maintenance and service by the staff.
