Me and my wife went for vaccination today. The staff behavior is good , professional and proficient. They are providing services first come first serve basis. I have enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it to others.As I mention it in other scenarios - we are providing them money and they are providing us service - so its a mutual dependency . so treat the staff with respect if you are expecting respectable behavior. If anyone is getting impatient for waiting an hour ; please remember they are working through out the day. I had already paid for a procedure before undergoing it in the morning. In the evening I went to collect the report and showed my bill receipt.But a mad man, who was waiting to pay his bill for a procedure he had under gone in the evening, started shouting that I shouldnt be given my report even though I had already paid for it. As I went after him, I should get my report after him.The staff, instead of explaining that my bill was already paid and there was no need for me to stand in the payment line, started saying doctors are watching and so I shouldnt say anything, and made me wait for more than an hour EVEN Though My Bill Was Paid.Other patients who had paid the bill previously were coming and collecting their reports.Meanwhile, the man was laughing away.It was only when I created a furore that they gave me my report.Disgusting and Filthy.

Me and my mother took our first jab of vaccination here. Service is fast but a covid positive patient came for something. I guess he was suffering from severe breathing trouble. My mother is a diabetic patient. I got so panicked that I didnt even wait for 30 mins. I expected them to be a little more responsible. They could have isolated him from the crowd. This act is not at all accepted.

Their Covid vaccine protocols are simply out of this world. They will not give you a vaccine of there 11 people are not present in your preferred slot. The organization does not mention this via sms or email. You only get to know this once you reach the destination. Does not matter that you followed the protocols of Cowin app, does not matter that the candidate for vaccine is over 70 years old. The patient has only two options: either wait for 11 people to arrive by 6pm or leave and try your luck another day. The staff, needless to say is uncooperative and rude.

Absolutely unprofessional and clueless staff. No sense of patient management whatsoever. The people here promise false timelines which they cannot ever meet. My FNAC slides are overdue by more than a week and management is clueless as to where the report went. The funny thing is, I was handed over the FNAC report long back ( which is supposed to be the report based on the findings from the FNAC slides). This means that the slides should be readily available once the patient asks for the same. However, they are making countless illogical arguments so as to explain why the delay is taking place. I am suspecting that the report that they sent across can very well be forged. Never should have visited this place to begin with.

I visited the place on 23 July 2021 for Urea & Creatinine blood test & Echocardiography-Plain. I dont know why this place is terribly low rated, my experience was pleasant. Although the wait time for Echocardiography was a bit long, but this was mentioned while booking through the call yesterday. Overall I would give a five star rating for their services. Thank you.

I went there today to get my sister in law vaccinated. They had started to call people after 9.45 for morning slots, even after many people were seated there taking tokens at 8.30, citing reason vaccines vial is to be opened only after there are 11 people, when clearly 17 people were already seated at 9.10 am....

Went there for 1st dose of Covishield vaccination. Slot booked was 3-4pm but reached early at 1:45pm. Service was very fast. Vaccination was completed by 2:15 pm.

It was home collection,on full payment when I went to collect Final bill,they told me that my booking is at Garia.till date I didnt get final payment Bill.it was a CGHS case.

Went recently for vaccination. The slot booking is pointless because it is done on a first come first serve basis. More importantly, there was one particular attendant on reception extremely rude, misbehaving with customers and shouting at the top of her voice. Never going there for a diagnosis.

Suraksha Diagnostic are scam artists. I and my uncle applied for RTPCR Tests which costs 950 each, they have given only one result and they totally lost the other one. I called them repeatedly, no one picked and also no one replied to my texts. When I went to their office and complained, they kept looking at one another and all they could say seems like technical problem, we cant do anything about it.Yes, thats all they said and they didnt even refund the money. Dont go to suraksha and dont play with your money.

Booked slot for COVID vaccine at 11am. Still waiting for verification, then billing, then vaccination!!!! Shortage of stuff! Pathetic experience

Irresponsible diagnostic centre with poor service. I waited for 48 hours for a test to happen and then I had to call them to know that it will be delayed further because sample collector tested positive for covid. Sample collectors are human too and it can happen to anyone. But atleast suraksha should have had the courtesy rather responsibility to inform the customer. It requires a great deal of responsibility to open a business in healthcare domain. Suraksha is not apt for that. Their license should be cancelled.
