Is good that SBI had Availed us many different online activities and online platform for any service which we require.This two star rating is just because of the offline services which the SBI is not willing to serve the people for their needs.All the infrastructure and banking facility is goodBut still theres a lack with the interaction of the people with the bank.This gap should be covered until and unless such people like I will disagree with the services that is provide basically offline.If I literally sayबाप का माल समझते हैं जो चाहे वह मर्जी में करते हैं अब बात करने का कोई तरीका नहीं है।

*Efficiency Rating Good.* Branch is well placed. Officers are helpfull.*Flaws are: Money Depositing Machine OUT OF ORDER* almost half of every month.*Most private security guards are rude to customers.* Which is very unfortunate and unprofessional.*Mini-statement* through ATM, most of the time illegible due to insufficient ink.

Most crowded busy branch... also locker service available.....huge numbers of urban local customers are joined by their relevant account ....Approx all time of the banking hours,people gather here for their respective necessary working purpose. it remain all-time crowded SBI branch.but all cash counter are not opens all-time in spite of all banking stuff are present! There are a ATM room beside the branch which serves 24×7 hours service with withdraw and deposit service too
