Canon printer service center is filled with inefficient personnel.I had tried the place twice.The only reason they know to tell like a parrot, is its a cartridge problem and replacing cartridges dont solve a thing.Once, they told the problem cannot be diagnosed before replacing cartridges, and this they took 2 weeks to tell.they did not do anything till that period of time, i had already given test prints to them based on which they told this..and then had the audacity to ask for inspection feeThe woman in charge of the place is the worst of the lot.When after a week of submission i contacted them ( as they did not contact at all), she said, internal parts were damaged which needed replacement and the product was under observation for the same..And when the actual engineer called, they said, that without new cartridges they cannot even begin to diagnose it..and hence the programmed response of the damaged internals was totally false..why does canon employ such idiots one wonders..

Technical services were very nice and effective. Updates were passed on without delay. Administrative work was slightly slow. Overall experience was nice.

Rude staffs... They asked me give a replacement... The replacement product was unsealed but over the phone they confirmed it to be sealed... When I asked why is it unsealed at the shop they said it was opened to check... Above all the product was had a manufacturing date was 3 years old... The lady mentioned IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT... Is that the way one speaks to customer...?

Very poor service..they are less bother about your device if it is under warranty..very irresponsible..suggest all of u to not to go this samsung service centre..suffered for 1 month & after one month they told me that parts is not available..will take more time..

Good behavior but the take money just to check your camera . And the amount they charge for that is very high. Customer service is good. They issue coupon to the customers and they give free tea/coffee. They have 3counters . Fully air-conditioning . Its in the fifth floor. They only accept cash though I dont know whether they have updated that now. Washroom is clean . They dont keep memory chip and battery with them , they only keep the camera . They work very systematically.

Unprofessional behaviour, no one picks phone in case of somedelay or rescheduling delivery date.they wont pack whole thing till u request them to do so. Beware they dont give back the cables. You have to go to them again to bring your cable.Very lazy staffs.

Did not repair properly, Technician (Arup Ghosh)was inadequately trained.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.ON HANDING OVER A SAMSUNG S6 FOR REPAIRS, THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO GET BACK TO ME DESPITE 3 DAYS HAVING GONE BY. ON CALLING THEM, THEY ASK YOU TO CALL BACK 5 MINUTES LATER AND THEN DO NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS. THIS CENTRE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Is service center me 2no kaam hota h, device ka parts duplicate lgakar, phone khrab kar k de diya jata h, maine apne SM-J5 phone ka charging parts change krwaya uske baad se original charger se charge lgane par bhi original charger connect krne ka show kar rha h, aur laptop pc me bhi data cable se connect nhi ho rha h, aur complane krne par 5000 ka bill btaya ja rha h.
