Flash fitness on Camac street has been my answer to fitness ... I was always looking for a great mix of dance with fitness and they have the most wonderful choice of classes. The trainers are great and very motivating and the staff is ever helpful. My kids also attend the martial arts classes and I feel that it has helped shape their personalities to become even more confident. Thank you flash I would recommend you to all looking to get fit in the most fun way I have ever experienced!!

Flash Fitness is a remarkable studio. My children have been attending the Taekwondo & fitness classes since it started. They love the super talented & energetic instructors . The staff is extremely polite & helpful. The owner Behnaz Dugar takes personal interest in all the classes whether for children or adults & her dedication is what makes me trust sending my kids for the various activities. I would highly recommend this place for all your fitness needs
