Reception peoples are very rude. They simply walked away from their counter when an 60+ old man asked few question about appointment time delay. They said don’t talk to me, talk to main office. His scheduled appointment was on 12.00pm. How anyone can behave like this to an old age person. Shame on you..Rest consultant are good but reception staffs need training on how to talk to peoples.

The consultant was very polite and handled my case very efficiently. Prior appointment for individualized session was very helpful.

Nice and Friendly environment. The Staffs are very cooperative and understanding.
