Sono Scan considered to be the trusted brand among the residence of central Kolkata for its exclusive accuracy in all types of diagnosis. Have recently visited there but found something that caught my attention, was a cleaner who was sweeping the floor with a mop *filthy enough* in itself to spread numerous diseases. On top of which it was used and squeezed using bear hands in a bucket full of black water. Sad to see such a situation during Covid times, when hygiene is of utmost importance. Made us wait for 3 hours just to later inform that they cant provide the covid vaccine.Apparently the government informed their citizens that covid vaccine is safe for all irrespective of the allergies that you have but this diagnostic centre went over the government and informed my mother that she isnt eligible for the covid vaccine because she has got allergies from certain types of vegetables like carrots etc.The most bogus diagnostic centre that wasted my Saturday.

Its a well known diagnostic center in park circus cit road....you can do your health check ups suggested by your doctor.....they doesnt take long time to provide report.....if you examine in morning or day time you have chances to get the report in evening

Sono scan is doing very well right now. Efficent floor staff, billing staff , flavotomist and cleaning staff nd efficent opd doctors enlighten the service of sono scan. As a patient party i am very happy to the helth service rendered by sono scan. But if the charges of all tests littlebit more less than current charges it will be more helpfull for us. Worst experience, took an appointment 3 days before and after confirmation twice they stated to reach on time, on reaching they said to drink water and wait and on informing that the patient has taken water 15 min back, they said to wait for an hour or come tmrw , on arising question they said that the dr has gone out for prayer and returned by 2 so what is the use of giving appointments at 12:30 , waiting so long , would never recommend as patient time and health is important, such exp where dr is hardly bothered abt patient waiting for so long. Have read these time of complain earlier but my own experience confirms the same. Not at all professional management and I hope that getting a response on this from the owner would not even make any sense. Thanks for the experience look for somewhere else IHR is a better experience in the same locality.

Another Best Diagnostic Center in Kolkata. Basically for MRI. All stuffs are very helpful. Low cost, The clinics management are very sincere about Covid-19. Its also Covid-19 Vaccination Center. in Ladies Park area.

The frontoffice executives are doing a very bad performance. Nobody to there to attend the call but the phone calls are 99.99% busy. I have been trying for the last two and a half hour to book a call for COVID vaccine but the numbers are always busy. Staffs who are receiving the other phone numbers are very very rude in their behaviour and they have no intention to solve the issue. It would be great if the number of phones get increased and also the staffs behave well with the outsiders as I feel that you are not giving us a free service for anything.

Very disappointed .. please receive the full amount during payment, dont return the amount saying you hv no changes and then when someone asks for the online reports on an urgent basis, dont harass them saying come n give the rest 30/- .. at least help them by sending some online link to pay so that they can get the report on time. Being a doctor myself, I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Went to Sonoscan for the first jab of COVID-19 vaccine. To start with the the place is very neat and clean... very well-maintained... and hygienic... All COVID protocols were being followed, right from temperature check to hand sanitization to social distancing... The staff are very professional and helpful...The vaccine was administered within 15-20 minutes of arrival at the clinic...Hassle-free and pleasant experience... Recommending Sonoscan to whoever is reading this, should you need to go to a diagnostic center...

After giving an appointment of 10am, the simple USG test started at 1pm with the requirement of being empty stomach.They tell you to come with ample amount of time because time is not precious for these people and everybody is useless and will be sitting around for 4 hours.I would have given negative stars if I could.

Very helpfully, polite behaviour, ha has been listened patients problems very carefully. First of all listen the problems first, next, noted down and finally give you suggestions, Medicine or advice, the most important things is that, he has explain what ever you have and He will teach you everything what you have and what will need to be done for your recovery. This is my personal opinion. Im suffer abdominal pain in the last 1year, before sujoy sir, i have meet 3 GASTROENTEROLOGY surgeon but nobody found the problem, but on the first day when i meet with sujoy sir he had tell me everything and right now Im 80% recovered, i have some serious issues thats why I need to take the medicine a long period.Thank you so much sir for Me and my Mom🙏 🙏 🙏

No covid precautions are taken here.Over crowded and many patients are without mask.Staff dont care. They are busy billing and making money. Needless to stay the premises is air-conditioned and if there is any patient who is covid positive, the virus will spread easily .Please have a dedicated staff who ensures mask is worn at all times and correctly.Punctuality is something sonoscan is not known of, regardless of the situation of the patient.You take appointment for 10 , you will wait atleast 2 hours.I wonder why do you give appointment.

Sonoscan situated over C.I.T road near Ladies Park, Padmapukur is one of the best Pathology and Diagnostic Centre in Kolkata.X-Ray, Ultra Sonography, CT-Scan, MRI, TMT, Echo-Cardiography, ECG etc all Diagnostics tests are performed here.Also all type of common blood tests are done here.Place is well managed, clean, staffs are well trained, decent mannered. The rate is also reasonable compared to other diagnostics centre.Highly recommended!

Very pathetic service from USG department !!They told us to come at 2PM, but it was almost 2:30hrs waiting, still USG was no done ! They said that doctor is having lunch ! Then why did you told us to come at 2PM ??Even though doctor arrived at 3PM, he is too slow !USG department needs improvement.
