Good place at affordable cost. Surprisingly their chicken dishes are delicious especially the kebab and grilled wing dishes. Take out is another option too. Air conditioned well maintained. Small yet cozy. Staffs are good.

The restuarant offers one of the best Beef Malai and Beef Biryani in the city.We ordered Chicken Reshmi Malai kebab, Beef Biryani, Beef Malai, Beef Bhuna, Buttar Naan, chicken bharta, special chicken biryani.However, the chicken dishes are not very great. I will definitely not recommend the chicken preparations.If You want to go for beef, this is surely the best place you can find. Also, the restuarant ambiance is great and its cost effective.

A great restaurant is one that just makes you feel like youre not sure whether you went out or you came home and confuses you. If it can do both of those things at the same time, youre hooked. It was a great experience, food is awesome, specially people comes here for beef, they have another branch near CIT Road Park circus but I recommend this restaurant because of its ambience and service.

Worth every penny

One word: Mind blowing! The biriyani was out of the world. Loved it so much. The aloo was cooked to perfection. The mutton was well cooked and so soft. Lastly the biriyani rice waa so fragrant and flavourful that I enjoyed every bite of it. The price also did justice as mutton biriyani only costs ₹200. Ill recommend everyone, beef lover or not to definitely visit this restaurant.

Prices have been increased. Price of chicken biriyani is now 190 and for beef Biriyani it is 110. Quality was good. Nice experience.

Food was Good. And the Meat was also Tender and Juicy. Biriyani was Lightly Spiced not that much Rich Biriyani like Barrackpore Biriyanis.But one thing to note. In this Pandemic Situation none of the Staff was wearing Maska either the Person Serving Food.

This place provides one of the best beef biriyanis in the town. Also not to forget, the Chicken Kabab Labadar is such taste, its mouth watering to be exact with words.The table setup needs to be better but there isnt any issues with the F&B Associates. They were quite cooperative.

Beef malai

This branch of ZamZam is located opposite Quest Mall and it attempts at getting a more diverse clientele than the original branch gets. Here, the air conditioned place has about 7-8 tables which can occupy around 40 people at the peak.The price is pretty cheap (though a bit higher than the main branch, but that is understandable due to the difference in amenities and service). Service is fast, servers are gearing up into their role.The food is a high point and is undoubtedly very good. Recommended because it offers excellent food at an excellent price point.

Zam Zam Restaurant, one of the best biriyani and moghai dishes in Kolkata. Beef items are also available other than mutton and chicken. Taste is just awesome (as per me). Zam zam is touted for its biriyani and it wont dissapoint you on that. It is also well known for its beef items( though i am not a beef eater), but that is where it ends prety much.I ordered Chicken malai kabab, fish tikka, mutton spl biriyani, chicken amritsari, tandoori paratha and Shahi tukda.The kababs were not up to the mark in taste and they were soggy(did not wait enough for the juices to drip off before serving), Arsalaan or Aminia offers way better kababs.Chicken Amritsari had curry leaves and dried red chilli which is a disaster, its a north indian dish which was given a south indian tadka.Shahi tukda and tandoori paratha were good. Their pricing point is easy on pocket and the portion of food justifies the pricing point.I was a bit disappointed with the dishes except the biriyani and shahi tukda.

I would like to add more stars to their biryani.If you are a beef lover then their biryani is something to die for. Other must tries would be their beef malai / beef bhuna. Their firni is also the best in the city.

I have visited in 2016 here. I have order butter naan and dudhi gosh, beef curry and beef biriyani. Biriyani was awesome. All dishes are amazingly delicious. Place was clean and the stuffs behavior was very good.

Mutton stu is not a yellow pale gravy and when asked for it I was served with 2 piece of that part of the mutton which we generally throw in wast. Thats the fat not a mutton piece.. also your food tast in very low level its not what we expected and the people talk all aroundI guess its more of talks less of taste in food .First and last time had food here. And i am very very disappointed.. Hope you improve your food quality.

Although the food was great but certain things are very bad. The restaurant didnt had any check for COVID. They are accepting any customer without checking and they dont care if you wear mask or not.It was more like a dhaba than a restaurant where people played TV on mobile in loud speaker, washrooms are not separate for male and female. And they are having people and dont care about COVID protocol for taking only 50-60% customer.The 2 star Im giving is for the food or else this is literally a roadside dhaba and Im not exaggerating.

Food was really mouth watering mainly the Chicken Tikka Lababdar @180 which is totally satisfying with 4 moderate size tikkas. The restaurant is just opposite to Quest Mall and Rs 400 approx for two. Zam Zam is famous for biryani we all know but the side dishes are so much tasty and the meats are very soft. Cheese naan was topped with a lot of cheese which I liked the most. Beef malai, beef biryani, beef bhuna own my heart.

Food wise its one of the best place to have Mughal dishes. Biryani, Bhuna, stew, chaap just too good. Dessert like shahi tukda and firni just make you go again and again.. but ambience need to better. Area is small and congested. Need to improve on that.

To me this restaurant is undoubtedly the best biryani maker in Kolkata. Also it comes under very cheaper prices compares to other renowned biryani makers like Zeeshan, Arsalan, Shiraj and others. If you are true Biryani lover then you gotta taste its marvelous Biryani and ghol.
