Great weekend to celebrate an anniversary. The hotel staff efforts were above and beyond during our entire stay. We were greeted at check-in not only recognizing our anniversary but was also allowed an early check-in and a late departure. We returned from an afternoon on shopping to find a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on ice and the concierge suggested and then arranged a dining experience to remember. Great experience in the hotel lounge for an after dinner and an immediate seating Sunday morning for a late breakfast with a friendly staff and a great omelet. Very convenient location, would highly recommend

I come to Kolkata regularly and typically stay at higher end locations. I found the Nicco Park to be a great value for a great experience. I honestly expected to have paid more, especially after the renovation. I was with my wife and daughter this trip and seriously couldnt ask for more (except for movies on demand). Everyone from the valet when we arrived, the bellman for our luggage, the folks who checked us in, and all the people in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. we had friends visit us while there who had a small dog which they kindly allowed in as we ate and even brought a dog dish of water for the little guy! Nicco Park, you rocked it and I honestly cant imagine staying anywhere else!

We loved the area the hotel was in. Very central and easy to get around Kolkata. Booked through online and at check in a lady treated us as if we had made the reservation directly through the hotel. She offered us connecting rooms and was friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service. The room was huge and extremely clean.

I had a great visit with my two teenagers who were looking at colleges. It was a perfect location where they could explore the city and I could balance business and family. I love the redesign. I used to stay here when they were babies and I would sneak to Kolkata with friends and holiday shopping. The hotel has evolved just like my kids- grown up, friendly, comfortable and sophisticated.

Stayed here for the weekend. The lobby was clean and staff was pleasant. Nice Coffee/Snack bar. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom area was a little small for 4 girls, but nice. The king bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Ive stayed at the Nicco Park over the last 15 years. The rooms are spacious, elegant and quiet with lovely linens. comfy beds and cozy robes. The staff is first rate; helpful, professional and gracious. The new cafe is worth a visit even if you are NOT staying here and if you are?

Located in Kolkata, OYO 1694 near Nicco Park is connected to a shopping center. Howrah Bridge and Victoria Memorial are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit New Market and South City Mall. Check out an event or a game at Eden Gardens, and consider making time for Alipore Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed.

Normal oyo. Doesnt allow unmarried (marriage is a property holding practise with feudal origins) couples in a metro city, so clearly a regressive mindset is here at play. Shouldnt be availed unless emergency, because culture should evolve with time. Culture is not a fixed thing. Its sad that Rabindranath Tagore was a progressive Bengali, and this is what his descendents are up to. Couples with proper documentation should be allowed to stay. Not everyone wants to indulge in marriage. Even Supreme Court has said its okay.

The rooms are modern and incredibly comfortable. Coffee downstairs is helpful and incredibly fast in the mornings. We enjoyed being able to walk to main market. - this is just a half block off. Would recommend to anyone!

I booked this hotel through Yatra. Com. But when I went to this hotel the receptionist asked me to show Oyo booking id and straight way said that I shall not be allowed to check in without oyo booking id. Next two hours I tried to convince him but all in vain. My family and child had to wait for two hours in a store room like room while I was trying to call yatra and oyo repeatedly. But ultimately nothing happened. So I had to book another hotel instantly and leave that hell. Later on yatra refunded my money after complain. Worst experience of online hotel booking and worst reception I ever found.

Room is excellent with AC, heater, mini fridge, TV, phone... Good staff behaviour and helpful. The only issue is, no parking space and very difficult to get taxi/rickshaw. There are no.rickshaw and taxi stands nearby. Need to depend on ola or uber or savari. Distance is Around 14km from the airport and will.cost around Rs 850 without AC and 1200 for AC. overall its good

Average OYO hotel. The bad thing is that on google map it shows the lesser price than the price charged by the hotel owner... It does not suit for OYO. And another thing is there are not good hotel for eating in this area. You have to go to the last more to get some breakfast even Dominoz Delivery is also not available in this area named Sukanta nagar... To get food and other important necessities you have to go to the left to Bidhan nagar...

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location within walking distance of tons of stuff. all the must-see places. I do wish we wouldve realized how close we were to the train/metro which was super easy to use. I would stay here again!

Overall the hotel was very nice. Location was great and many eating and shopping options nearby. The rooms were more than adequate, the food in the intimate sized restaurant was wonderful for both breakfast and dinner.

Looked decent when entering, but soon after realised how poor the maintenance is. Walls are dirty, taps and shower in the bathroom are horrible and the wash basin outside the bathroom looked as if its regularly used for spitting (see in image).The staff was polite and helpful and the location of the property is good.Not a good experience overall.

Best one. Services are awesome. Just water 💦 logging problem is there.Facilities are awesome. Just near to main road↙️↘️. Easy to reach. KFC is very near to the hotel 🏩. One can also go online food ordering. Ola Uber cab is also available on call. If you are pleasant stay go for it. A nice and cosy place to stay in Salt Lake Kolkata, and it is pocket friendly. Try to bag last minute deals for more savings.There is no parking space and no buffet breakfast. Other than that, everything is good. Nice place for backpackers.

My second stay at this hotel. It has reasonable prices and great service and is close to highly rated restaurants and shopping. Restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful bar for the evening with an interesting cocktail menu.

Place is good. Convenient for food and station is within 6km. All food can be ordered

The Nicco Park is a beautiful hotel with an outstanding restaurant and the MOST friendly staff I have ever met!!! Cozy rooms and beds...quiet...and relaxing experience at this hotel...plus you are right down the street from sukant nagar, shopping, and tons to do!!!

I must say it was very nice to visit this place. Although the place is nit located in a porch area but the rooms were pretty good and clean. Entrance was bit tacky but the rooms were normally fine.

Nice and comfortable place with basic amenities under affordable price. But the only issue was they charge price above what the app shows and they also dont have online methods of payment.

Rooms are very good and situated at very ideal place. Places like aquatica,nicco park are there situated within short radius. Firstly we found it difficult to find it but after calling the oyo assistance it got clear. hotel is situated in local area but good thing is it is near the main road where you can get the transportation.

1. The way to reception is very poor.2. They dont accept card, they made me walk to the ATM at 9.30 at night to withdraw cash as they only enter you on paying advance.3. Rooms are reeking of cigarettes, so are the mattresses.4. The fan was making an almost unbearable awful noise.4.1 They had a defective inner latch. Which meant that I was not secure, as they could enter into the room using a duplicate key. I really had to argue with them to fix that4.2. At 8.00 AM when I got down for breakfast , everyone was sleeping. The guy told me that it would take another 25 minutes the breakfast to get ready. I gave up on the idea of having breakfast.5. I opted for 2 days at first while booking, but that made me leave one day, since they have taken an advance from me for more than one day, they refused to pay me back the balance. I really had to spend a lot of time convincing OYO people. After I got the balance the lady on the phone gave a me lecture on how can I expect a clean room and all when people have no civic sense in general.6. Very bad experience

Nice and clean rooms, hotel staff is well behaved and they dont ask too many questions, clean bathrooms, AC, wifi and tv although not many channels and you get complimentary breakfast(butter toast, eggs, banana and tea)

The place might be small, but the rooms are very clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. The room service is good, breakfast and WiFi is complimentary. During rainy season, there is some water logging problem on the road.
