Previously its service was great like a pvt sector bank. But now a days it is became one of the worthless bank service.

Most non cooperating Staff, they have all time excuse that no link, even they are unable to talk or guide their customer. ATM Card not working, Application submitted but no action taken. harassing customer with attitude.

Third class service. When asked about something, they just ignore it and say they cannot help.They have no proper management to cater the customers, Machines are also out if service most of the time. Pathetic experience.

Ok !! Service is so so !! But one thing is that , all are in pandemic now!! So please cooperate 🙏

Bank of baroda all r Male &female staff not supported any customervery poor service

Stuffs are rude... bank service is very non cooperative.. even mentimentioned number also off for working dayday, working hours

Bank of Baroda has Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) facility, the only one is this area.

All staff members are cooperative and knowledgable

Very poor performance , their working speed is very slow basically at Document verification or chequebook issue section .i applied a chequebook for more than 3 week before they told i will receive with in a week by courier but not able to receive where bank to home distance only 200 meter . i became angry and used some warm language than able to get on that day but they took more time .

Bank of boroda sodepur branch service is good

It has all those facilities which bank should have. But no ATM counter at the ground floor but they have one machine through which you can deposit money as well as withdraw money that is installed at the first floor no parking is available in and the the bank is on the road

This government sector bank good service

Most busy bank and lovely staff manege all problems.

Never receive any phone call

Bank Staffs are not co operative. Talking is very bad mainly cash counter persons.
