Not bad, but West Bengal people and in this Super market staffs lacks manners. They speak with attitude, which I find in Delhi people as well.

In most of the sections, discounts on the product are not mentioned and I had to find and ask the sales persons regarding the selling price and discount which I felt very inconvenient. Moreover, the sales persons were not very sure about the off on some products specially Dals, pulses etc. So this particular thing needs an improvement, otherwise good.

This is a huge shopping mall. Everything from clothing to dirt cleaner is available. Fresh groceries are also available. You will find many rare fruits and vegetables in this mall. The collection of clothing is also very impressive. Overall i recommend anyone to shop from here

From the outside and the inside the Big Bazar looks very good. You can get everything you need but they have the limited stock. Everything are well decorated and their right place but have the little space to see and check that product. Although the Big Bazar is overall good.

Very nice place for shopping clothes, food items and other household products for daily need. Having fresh and hygenic elibles. The environment and ambience of the place is very good. The clothing options are not that much good but still have a good collection of men, women and kids items. Must visit place for every shoppers in kolkata and other cities.

Thieves. I ordered from their website, worth 700, it was a prepaid order. They delivered items only worth 300, and stole the rest money. Now they are not answering calls or replying back to mails.

I didnt find it very extraordinary and the collection of dresses is pretty less. Not very bad either.. Pricing is good, situated at the main road on chinar lark beside Spencers

This outlet is located near Chinar Park and City centre 2. All the daily needs related products are available under one roof.The store is well maintained and looks trendy.The Traveleter is the best part I.e slant elevator. It will be helpful for those people who feels uncomfortable in using the elevator stairs.

This outlet has been opened somewhat recently. The pros are that its surrounding are is calm, less crowdy. You can easily park you car and go. Chinar park crossings is very crowded though.There many other shopping places in the vicinity so you can easily shop from there too.However there are some problems like it is not as big as other outlets in the city. Many sections are not there. Surrounding ares are little dirty and less maintained. But hope these things will be taken cared for.

I think in this pandemic time their stocks are very limited except the apparel section. I visited bigbazar China park location recently. I went there to buy groceries but found that the grocery section is almost 50 to 60 empty. They have underground car parking facility. They have released new rules regarding car parking. You can only park your car in bigbazar reserved parking lot for max 2 hours. Also you need to show invoice or purchased bill of bigbazar to security else you will be charged for parking. They have only 8 to 9 reserved parking lots.

I liked the place very much kolkata is such a nice place to visit.

Location wise nice. All branded non branded items are available. Very often they announce good offer which are really attractive. Any payment mode they accept including their own future pay wallet. Very spacious area. The employees are very good with good behavior. Nice experience of shopping.

@BigBazaar Chinaar Park Kolkata which proudly showcases a board stating Valet Parking available. I visited here today and the very first response from security guy was Valet boy is absent and directed us towards basement parking,upon driving all the way down,Basement security guard stopped us refusing availability of parking lot and asked us to drive back up, and I must say the drive way is dangerous as hell,got dent on my car ,and upon driving back up we got to know there is no bigbazaar parking space there.We were also asked that the parking area is accident prone so my wife with six months old baby should get down that too in scorching sun at 12 noon and I had to roam around searching for parking space. Customer service representative had no answer to this.He was not even aware that valet boy is absent and he too agreed that parking space is quite dangerous and accident prone and security service is bad so it should be changed. But dont know when its gonna happen.@BigBazaar dont you guys do a thorough checking before opening your store at such a pathetic building and what kind of security service you hire.Never expected such service from a brand like @BigBazaar your brand value is at stake. Please do something for your store at Chinaar Park Kolkata .This was my last visit here and would never recommend anyone to visit.

The collection for apparel section is reallly noteworthy, but the food and groceries section (Foodbazaar) is very depressing. It hardly has any stock and most of the racks are empty. Maybe due to the pandemic time of Covid19, the supply might be limited, but they should close the section in that context till the situation is normal. Bigbazaar is known for its enormous variety of food choices, but here things are completely different.

Big bazaar due to the acquisition, nowadays, hardly restocks anything. Aisles are mostly empty and stock very low. Lets see what happens after Reliance completes the acquisition.

Friendly, helpful and courteous staff.. generally you get one or the other offers on different products. Shopping in this outlet could be fun. Just a piece of advice, If not necessary, try to avoid the weekends because it attracts huge crowd.
