I was called in this store and ask for printers. At first they said no, after that they told me hold on.. Then they laughing with each other, after that they cut my call. I will never buy anything from this store. I was buy a freeze from here thats why I was calling back this store. But, now I will never buy anything from this store it is disrespect for me.

Good behaviour of staffs. Good collection of Tv, Refrigerator, washing machine ans other electronics items.

Low prices but great quality

One of the worst electronics stores in Calcutta ,product not delivered even after seven days .The staff are Ill mannered and they overcharge in the name of processing fees if you buy goods on emi. Visit the store only if you can wait for eight to ten days for your product to be delivered after paying in full.

Nice shop for electronics gadgets and good behavior.

They home delivered a philips juicer which is not working..and they are misbehaving on the issue being raised...pathetic service..

The staff in the Tollygunge branch are extremely ill mannered and provide pathetic post sale customer care. The shop is a sham!

Worst experience in delivery they have to deliver my product in Monday and their delivering their products Thursday and installation will be done by in Friday wow they know how urgently we want that product we have told them but still there irresponsible lots of excuses nothing to say just irritating....

It was a very bad experience. It was good before but now the staff is not good. Despite knowing that the staff is out of stock, it took a week to get Panasonics AC installed. There is no price for the word, there is no price for the time. The number of customers will decrease day by day.
