The service out here is just unprofessional. The people are so rude and unhelpful. Being rude in tone is what they deserve by the customer. For taking payment they easily get communicated but when its the public facing the problem then they get people treated really bad as if doing a favor on us.

We took a consumer loan from IDFC First Bank through Khosla Electronics of Kolkata. All installments are debited from our bank account without any delay/ bounce. Still the collection agencies are calling 4 times every day and receiving messages to make payment with overdue charges. IDFC executives sitting at Khosla Counter says I have to visit their HO at Park Street Kolkata with our Bank details. If they cant fix issues then they should stop disbursing loans. Im planning to sue IDFC First Bank in Consumer Forum for Harrasing.

Worst bank you can take a loan from.As if they dont care . I tried to reach them for my EMI but no response at all.

Its an absolute fraud bank, all those hackings from peoples account are credited to accounts in this Bank, even the bank employees are such fraud people that they dont even share a branch phone no. or mail id....their deposits comprises of looting peoples hard earned money by hacking there accounts

Most third class bank spally park street branch 7 th floor . There is no commutation instrument like phone only one phone that is use for security . If required I have purchased the telephone

Easily the worst bank - stay clear. They have a supposed manager Nabanita at Park street branch who does not even receive calls. I introduced somebody who put a lumpsum - its been over a month and no kit yet. Stay away. Pls be warned.

Very Very unprofessional behavior. No responses to emails and no solutions provided by the help desk. They want the customer to visit the branch even during the pandemic where all are being advised to minimize direct interaction as they are not conversant with digital interaction.

Very poor behaviour, when youll visit the branch the gatekeeper will behave like, he is the branch manager. The staffs are not well trained. They should know how to behave with someone.

My loan is cleared on 5th june 2019. My cleared loan amount 14824/- due to idfc first bank technical issue the amount running blocked on my card. Many times call to idfc customer care but they didnt respond clearly and without cleared any reason customer service team telling me you have drop a mail on idfc customer care.

Very bad service... they should be given negative stars...If u took loa from here then after ur harrasing day starts... their license should be cancelled by RBI... fraud people fraud nature..Government should stricktly ban this.

I AGREE WITH MR SOURAV BANERJEE. FIRST OF ALL THIS BANK LICENCESE SHOULD BE CANCELLED AS THEY ARE SEVERELY VIOLATING RBI FAIR PRACTICES CODE REGARDING LOAN RECOVERY AND THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS.
