I used to visit here a few years back and it was so well organised.I dont know maybe due to the affect of the pandemic or not but the mall is over the place!No proper organisation, everything is sort of scattered and very limited options!

On main road. Easy to go by car /bus/cab/bicycle/walk. Nearest metro station Kavi Najrul. Its in Gangulibagan. Close to the turn of Garia to Baishnabghata- Patuli.

Orbit Mall is Very User Friendly in our locality at Ganguly Bagan, Garia area. Availability of Grocery, FBB, Kitchen, Home decorations are huge to satisfy the Customers. I appreciate the Staff for their friendliness with all customers. Support staff are also Marvellous.

Its a mall that has only bigbazar & the bigbazar is nicely stocked with gents & ladies clothing but not kidz clothing. Even the grocery part is well stocked except for the nonveg items. The vegetables we bought were quite fresh too but the billing personnels are very rude to customers & wont help them ( not me ). Instead they were harrassing the customers on billing lines

Great deal offered for monthly shoppers. Neal & tidy place. Help & responsive help desk. Parking available at the side of the entrance. Grocery on the ground floor. Ladies fashion on the first floor. Men & kids fashion on the second floor. Electronic & household items third floor. Bill is available on each floor. Variety of items is available. It has a small food area for munching. Toilet & trail rooms are clean.

It is a great place for shopping. It has various collections of bag, dress, shoe, furniture etc. Food quality is not good enough. The price is cheap here. Parking and delivery charge is free. This Big Bazaar is located near Vidyasagar more. 10 minutes walking distance from Vidyasagar more. There is a rickshaw stand beside this Big Bazaar.

Big bazaar will promise you that they will deliver your order within 2 hours. But after placing order, store like Gangly bagan Big Bazar (Orbit mall, Kolkata, West bengal ) will not going to deliver according your time slot . They will deliver next day ( if you will contact with the customer care) or next to next day or they will ask you to cancel the order. This is my experience.So before ordering, customer should think about this.

One of the very popular big bazaar. It is situated at Ganguly Bagan area. This is very near of Baghajatin More, Baghajatin Hospital, Baishnabghata, patuli. This is just beside of Raja S. C. Mullick Road. From there home delivery also available. The big bazaar authority try to maintain covid protocols. The staff behaviour is good. Online order delivery from there. Store also open as per govt guidelines.

The baggage counter is horrible. They will lock your bag and behave as if the customer will steal everything. Im saying so because other shopping places like reliance trends, spencers, lake mall also follow the norms but not like this particular store.

A one stop shop for all your needs. Groceries , clothing , electronics etc. But staff support is somewhere they should definitely work on. Lack of adequate staff is a problem. The same person who is billing is also packing the products into the bag. Checking out is a headache here even durring a weekday morning.

Nice place, Varieties of products available here. Various types of clothes available, mens, womens and kids also. Ground floor for grocery, first and second floor for garments. Staff are very helpful and well manage. Huge products available in reasonable price. Car parking also available. Sometimes offers and deals available here. Communication is so easy. Fully maintain and neat & clean.

The security guards there (specially the female one at the entry & her senior) are impolite & rude and have no clue of what a mask is.On 16.06.2021 I went there equiped with proper mask & sanitizer but they denied me entry for not wearing a mask. Whereas they both were wearing rip-off masks available in the streets for 20/- which doesnt comply with any health standards.After a heated argument when I demanded to speak to the manager, they immediately let me in.This is the standard of illiterate staffs they have currently recruited for serving their customers.Pathetic service. No wonder the footfall of customers have decreased quite a lot since I last went there before the Pandemic.

Good place for shopping. As usual prices are a bit high, being a supermarket. There are food courts also. You can get almost every household things there. Environment is also good. You can go there by auto from Garia.

This mall does not care about customers needs. They keep expired milk in stock and when asked to return at customer service, they reply that milk cannot be returned. It clearly indicates that they want to give away their expired products. Very bad experience.

If youre living up to 2 kms from there than you can visit there. Its helpful but if you stay more than that than dont give yourself trouble.

Easy and convenient location. They also have a variety of items. The clothing stock is better than the one in Hiland Park.

Normal Big Bazaar outlet, 3 floors along with a basement floor. Parking is the most annoying thing, if you are lucky you get a parking spot in the basement else most of the times good luck on the road. Staff there is a mixed bag, some are cooperative and some need phycological help(really! especially the help desk staff). Goods stock is OK but not great. Overall its mediocre.

I have a doubt that their online delivery at home is a fraud. Their Customer care no. is never reachable and the Store Contact No. as advertised over the web is false. Order No. 809342896 is not delivered till 5 pm though money has been taken by the store. Will wait for another 1 hour before escalating to Consumer Court.

This place is quite good for quick shopping visits.It has a large food court where you can get all kinds of food items....from groceries and pet foods to party treats.Clothes section is amazing....especially during the festive season, when you can get all plus-sized apparels at a minimal cost. Footwear collection is decent.All kinds of stationary items are available here.Although the toys section is small, you can find a good number of play sets and soft toys.The electronic gadgets available here are really scarce and the furniture section is permanently closed.

Well I visited many Big Bazar outlets. But for clothing I guess this one has a lot of collection for both men and women. Apart from than you will get other departments as well like home appliances, kitchenware, diary goods, stationary except veggies and fruits. For that they have only a tiny counter with very less options.

Very well stocks of items available, on main road, so easy availability of auto, rikshaw etc all the time, billing is fast, mall is spacious and not over crowded unlike most of the malls in the city
