Worst store i have seen ever in my life, the owner is ridiculous, they treate customers like street dogs or something like that.Its very disappointing, Highly not recommending.

In a couple of decades of playing and performing, Ive seen my fair share of poor music stores in India but this was certainly my worst experience ever. The owner is cartoonishly arrogant and condescending. To make matters worse, he offered me a lapel mic when I asked for a soundhole pickup. I pity the customers who have to tolerate the owners behavior.

Owner is professional and decent person. Collection is also very good.

They do not assist customers gently. Egoistic staff, im not recommending any one to go there, specially newbies, disgusting store.

Modarate collections of musical instrument but the shop is too small . Additionally they charge addtional 2.5% charges if you pay by credit card, which is most disgusting thing. When the India is running towards digital India and getting digitally smart, this example will demotivate the digital payers.

Fake brands(you can look up for those imported brands and models displayed in the shop online but you will find those are European brands and these instruments are made in China and very poor built quality) and fake warranty( anything except the problems related to instruments will be included in warranty) and imported instruments (made in china XD) all in one place you can get and lastly if you have any problem with your instrument the owner will try to prove everything is your fault and nothing will be covered in warranty. So nice experience :-p

At first I must admit that the owner is really helpful and cares about customer. I went there to buy a synthesizer, although I didnt have any knowledge about that. Im a newbie. But the owner(joyda) guided me properly and gave me the best one.Even I was unable to get a keyboard teacher. Then also he(Joyda) helped me to find out. And after observing the keyboard, my teacher explained that it was a really high generation and excellent one.If you are hesitating on which company instrument should you buy, then dont worry, he will be there and guide you. He is very much friendly and knowledgeable as well.
