Bubble tea had very rough bubbles. For 5€ we would expect something better. Double chocolate cheesecake was tasting sour somehow. Base of the Tarts were very hard. Difficult to cut even with 2 forks 😅 however atmosphere is nice, specially design.

What looks like just another shopping centre cafe is actually a really good place! Tasty food for reasonable prices, good cakes and a very nice play corner for kids.

Cozy atmosphere, nice seats. Really tasty lunch offers and Caesar salad. Cake pops and lemon meringue is really good as a dessert. Coffee is strong, but not bitter and it is roasted in Tartu (Karlova kohv). When in Kvartal and searching for classical cafe then this is it! Service is nice, friendly and profesional.However, I really miss lunch offers.

Simple and nice place to have a lunch or coffee with cake. They also have a place for children to play.

Caesar salat was too acidic, chicken in the salat was too dry. 8€ for a salat that was not enjoyable at all is too much. Napoleon cake was dry and not pleasant.The best thing was the minty hot cocoa.

Food is good, but the tarts and such are very overpriced. Bubble tea is very overpriced considering it isnt very good.

Lackluster service - waitresses are often chatting amongst themselves rather than waiting tables. Great foods, though.RE: visited again five months later, and the service is still awful. the waitresses dont want to interact with customers and throw items/food on the table. same thing seemed to happen in nearby tables as well.

Quiet music, calm atmosphere. Large selection of desserts and drinks! We ordered coffee and Pavlovas dessert (bizet with cream and mango filling inside). Nice young staff. Great place for a coffee break.

Good lunch of chicken paste, which tasted like a toddler. The child enjoyed himself anyway when he was allowed to play in the play corner.

A very cozy and pleasant cafe where you can sit back and enjoy a coffee. However, there is also a very interesting and versatile menu. The food is all very tasty, the stomach can be properly filled. There is also a childrens menu from which you can choose healthy and delicious for your child. The cakes are also all made on site and look very nice. The selection of drinks is also very large. Daily offer is also available. The service is always very positive and pleasant. The atmosphere there is very cozy and calm. I definitely recommend a visit.

We ordered pasta and salad with tiger prawns. Both that, and that unpleasantly sour. Either overdone with vinegar, or with citric / lime acid.

Just advise! Try it and you will not regret it.
