I had a accident and it cost me 12000 rupee, i had their insurance, but I couldnt have the claim despite repeatedly visiting their office , then after a while the insurance expired and they rejected my claim . They are fraud and they dont pay you when you need them to. I do general insurance now. It is much better and fair.
