Security personnel dispensing sanitizer upon entry, lounge area adhering to social distancing norms and ofcourse a “No-contact Delivery”.Secondly the vehicle was delivered before the promised delivery date which I have NEVER experienced before. Overall a good performance of the showroom with respect to location & staff. Did not give five stars only for one reason that is the valet service.If you take your own car; avoid giving it to the valet. Instead park the car on your own as any loss arising out during parking by the valet, they will not take the responsibility.

Few days back I went to book a Wagon R at One Auto,Kalikapur. Showrooms service was good but the sales persons (Mr Suman Bera) worst behaviour forced me to shift to another showroom. Authority should look into the matter as Showrooms are not donating cars but the buyers are buying cars from their hard earned money.

Overall very good experience.I am fully satisfied with their services and .. I would recommend everyone to visit this show room and cherish their service

Overall okay experience but after sales lot of time and visits required for collecting all documents, Fast Tag etc. They have a practice of asking customers to go to the back office for collecting documents, which is in Basement. Basement aint that customer friendly.

Everything was ok but there is no internal communication between staffs. We were promised that we would get a scratch card but on day of delivery the handover person tells there is no scratch card as payment was made made in next month!!Why wont you inform about the payment window within which the customer is eligible for scratch card????This is cheating!So advice to buyers please ask your executive in detail about scratch card dates etc.They use these tactics to lure customer buy.Will raise this issue to dealer head too

Oil theft by One Auto KolkataI booked aperiodic servicing of my car at one auto near science city e Kolkata. The date of servicing was 11 October 2020. I opted for pickup and drop service from my home which is is at ajaynagar. The distance between my home and the service station is roughly 6 kilometre . Mister Rintu pick up my car at 8:45 a m the fuel gauge was showing 20% ful at the time. The range was showing 160 kilometre. However when I received my car back from servicing at 7:00 p.m. the fuel gauge was at empty and range was only 25 kilometre . When I ask about it the service supervisor Mr a m i t j a l could not give any satisfactory response. I had to to fill up my car that very night . my tank was completely empty the petrol pump attendance told me. This is completely unacceptable from a reputed company like Maruti. I am attaching the relevant photograph. Please take the necessary action.

Good showroom with decent stocks and display. Waiting period is also not that huge. The staffs are good too. They have a good service facility. This is a car dealer showroom where I went for general pricing inquiry and test rides. It was my first visit n the salesmen were pretty accommodating n supportive. One even stayed back well beyond working hours to arrange for the test rides. They even have their own workshops close to this dealer showroom for servicing.
