Worst I ever seen .Speaking like old days king .I went to apply for new connection but they denied without oven connection.Company should look into regarding these type ofmisleading atmosphere .

I went there with all the docs to apply for a new connection. After seeing the form, they asked me if it is without oven. I confirmed the same. Then they told me that it will take around 2 to 2.5 months as the oven inspection will be done. I collected all the documents and went to Indane. They provided me the connection without oven in 2 days. Pretty bad experience with this provider. I cant even believe a LPG connection can even take 2 months !!!

Strategically well placed business center, managed adequately by competent professionals.

It is a HP Gas distributor situated at VIP enclave, baguiati, Kolkata. Staffs are cooperative and helping.The thing I didnt like is that they did not give any receipt of the cash transaction.

Horrible Service, Unethical. They will force you to sell poor quality ovens at a higher price bundled with new/transferred connection. If Customers dont agree they behave rudely and refuse to accept application also.

Hi,This particular gas service agency has extremely poor service. For getting a new connection the authorities ensure to harass you to the extent possible. I stay in a nuclear family with both me and my spouse working. Kanchan Flame team till date has not been able to do the verification and always expects that they will visit my flat without notification and I will be taking leave from my organization to wait for them to come for endless days.Simply pathetic and empathetic for citizens like us who struggle to get the basic requirements.

Book gas 20 days ago, not delivered.. later found booking cancelled.....again booked......after 7 days again found booking cancelled, again booked again same happened....worlds most pathetic service.....Took decision to change from HP to Indane Gas......Believe me Indane is giving very good service in Kaikhali, Airport area.Using Hp gas since 10 years. Never happened this to me.....though I was with different hp gas distributor earlier. Now shifted to Kaikhali, Airport area where Kanchan flame is only giving service to HP gas consumer....now this is their service quality.....harrasing, misbehaving, misleading, unprofessional, un co-operative service.... Even delivery man also not good, misbehaves always, unprofessional, even always charges extra Rs. 30-50 on every delivery for delivery charges.....Pls who ever is reading this review Please dont take HP gas distributor as Kanchan Flame....... otherwise u will be facing a great problem......Kanchan flame is still smiling while do so....... pathetic.....!!!!!!!🤔

If I had an option to put zero(0)...I would have given that.....This agency (Kanchan Flame) is enjoying monopoly in teghoria area with no regards to the customers....... It is under staffed and rudely deals with customers....Try to call the number mentioned....You will get a feeling of what I have commented.....

Worst place..i was roaming around them for 3 months from the date of application as o refused to take oven from them..They are very arrogant and behaviour is horrible only needs cut money and never behaves well with those who apply online for gas connection and with those who dont take oven from them..Even they warmed me that I would not get gas subsidy if i apply for the same at the beginning and have to wait for 15 more days for gas..Horroble service I have complained to HP also..
