Very bad experience, I bought godrej AC from baguiati branch. Arindam Paul, a salesman in Great Eastern has done the Purchase process.. but after installation there is cooling problem in the AC, I have called Arindam Paul many times, send him the wtsup msg, but he didnt recieved my call. No msg reply... This is very unprofessional attitude, even godrej technician not visited to solve the issue till now since 1 week.This is very worst kind of experience, will never recommend anyone to go to great baguiati branch due to this kind of service, and due to #Arindam paul like salesman.

Service is too pathetic. Thay will tell you two day delivery. After two days you will not get product delivered and they will not inform you when they can actually deliver the product. Call to the support number, noone is going to pickup the call. I finally got the product delivered after 10 days. Fir that I had to go to store two times and representative not well mannered. Delivery was bad and installation service is very very pathetic (in fact, no installation service for refrigerators)... They firstly delivered wrong refrigerator and took 300/- as delivery charge (which they told is free of cost) and again when they delivered the correct product, then again took 200/- as delivery charge, let aside mental and physical harassment.. Additionally, during the time of buying, they told that installation is free of cost... But after delivery they simply refused it and I had to install it with my own electrician for another 300/-... So, the shop is completely unprofessional... Better try not to buy product from it..

Worst Company I had ever seen, they give wrong commitments, they dont even have stock, they are very nice when they have to collect payments from customers and if incase they are unable to deliver products even after few commitments they tell you company rules. They can take cash payments but cant refund cash.And even after order cancelation the staff calls you to ask for delivery 🙄. Even Panasonic service guys are calling for installation of the AC which is not purchased because these unprofessional didnt updated that the order was canceled.

It was a pathetic experience from beginning to the end. Obviously we have shopped from great eastern and the experience has always been pleasant. Thus, we visited this outlet with.a positive mindset. We were looking to buy a vacuum cleaner and I had called in the afternoon and enquired if they have a certain brands vacuum cleaner. The lady on the phone confirmed. Later when we reached the Baguihati store the entrance was blocked by a number of trucks and cartoons. Anyway, after we managed to enter the store, we went to the first floor. A store staff assisted us. We told them about the model. We discussed the price and then he even gave us a discount. Then after a good 15minutes we asked him to bring the product and he said, WE DONT HAVE IT. I reported the matter to a floor manager whose solution was, that guy made a mistake.Complete waste of time, a brand as reliable as this should check that the staff is trained properly. Pathetic experience in all.

Worst Customer support. I bought a Fridge delivered in 2 days i.e. default delivery time.Delivery boys took Rs.100 from me & which should be free also collected my Due amount but didnt give any receipt & told me LG will come home & install it , receipt should be collected from shop . I waited 3 days no one came & tried calling Great Eastern shop Landline no . Nobody picked up nor the salesman mobile. Finally called LG they installed it. Then I went to the shop they told this Phone doesnt work ** then why put this phone no. for customer harassment. Well They Replied We PRINTED 1 Lakh Bill so until this are all used they wont change i.e. they will F*** 1 lakh customer & also told me single door fridge should be installed by customer. I really do not want to give any rating. I have purchased a fridge(godreg eon) and it was delivered. I had an appointment for demo service from godrej they came and plugged the fridge and it was creating huge noise. The person from godrej checked the back side of the fridge and found entire com-pressure is faulty. Just imagine guys you purchase a brand new product and its not working. I have complained about it and the people over the store are too casual to give any answer. They told us eta khub common bapar eta hoteii pare they do not have any shame to answer like this this. I told them to replace the fridge but they did not listen and sent new com-pressure via godrej. Since last 10 year I have purchased many product from this store (Laptop, dslr, ac, smart tv )but I am not gonna purchase any product from Great Eastern Trading Co. I will also make sure all relatives and my friends never go to this store.

Great Eastern trading co. at baguihati is a fraud shop. They take the payment but are least bothered to deliver the product on time. Moreover when they deliver it after 10 to 15 days you get a defective product for which they now take no responsibilities . Now it is upto you to face the harassments to replace it. Now its time for you to beg the company to replace it . So finally you pay for the product in full and become a beggar pleading for a replacement everyday.which will be avoided from both the sides. Then after sometime said not today tomorrow confirm.Next day they told me that yes today i still receive it and the installation will also done but after some time they told me not today tomorrow confirm. This company is a king of electronic item. They serve numerous brand and have good volume of stock. I was there to buy ac, TV and fridge. I found very reasonable deal and very accurate service.

The major problem of this store is regarding delivery. Everything is fine until you have purchased a product from them and once you have booked it then, you would have to keep on following them for the Delivery. Its been 4 days and my Television hasnt been delivered yet. They have been promising for the delivery in the next 2 hours for the last three days and it hasnt been done yet. Seems they are trying to deliver it to a different planet where 24 hours of earth is shorter as compared to theirs 2 hours.

Took money and never delivered the product. They are fraud and harass customers. They steal money like this. Pathetic and disgusting staffs as well as manager.

Big electronics store with varieties of TV, fridge, mobiles, washing machine and other home appliances.. Products are also good. Sales persons are also ok. But the biggest problem is regarding delivery of an item.. It is really a frustrating thing about this store..They couldnt keep their promises about delivery.. I booked a tv and it wasnt delivered on the due date.. After that i called them many times and they keep saying that it will be delivered after some time.. Next day when I started shouting in the phone then after some time they deliver it to my home in an emergency vehicle (bike) .. It means if they are going to use their primary vehicle for delivery then it would take more days.. I was lucky that i got my delivery on the next day after the due date..But Great Eastern should really look after this delivery matter.. Otherwise it will hit on their reputation..

Very poor service. I paid full money but they delayed the delivery 3 days..I still havent gotten my delivery. They are not even telling me when they are sending the delivery. They pick up calls very rare and do not respond properly.

Ridicules behavior of staff.Went to check Iron.Hardly few customers in the shop, may be 2 or 3. Once I entered 7 staffs were standing in a circle and busy talking to each other, didn’t bothered to ask me anything if I need. I knew it’s upstair so I went up and someone asked me what I want. Once I said Iron then he told me it’s in the corner & said to another staff to show me Iron. I was not explain about the product as staff was busy on phone. Only 2 models were on display.Once I came down I wanted to inquire about an Air-condition Unit. I stopped next Carrier product and asked TWICE to that Circle Group is there anyone who can assist me. BUT very insulting as nobody bothered to look at me. Still busy talking to each other. I got offended ‘What the Hell’ I left the store and before leave I counted the staff members & they were 7 of them who were busy chatting with each other. As I was looking for 2 AC units of 2 Tons each of Carrier Product so I had to go to some other store near by.This happens in this shop all the time, requesting management to monitor the activity of your employees in the store. Trust me you guys most of the time have more staff than customers but sorry to say I had to bring this to your notice.

A Staff named Indrajit is a fraud .and very ill mannered. He is saying the article will reached afternoon. Then he is saying eveving. Then next morning. I bought Samsung Refrigerator from Baguihati Great Eastern West Bengal Branch on 14.06.2019. My order no is W1922/1920/04309 through Emi- Financier Name IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED-WB. Delivery time is 15.06.2019 at 6 P.M.When I passed the time, I called them Delivery person (Suman Dutta). He said that he check it and call more than 15 min.After 1 hour he said that they will not be given today Because they do not have any car and also said that they delivery to this products next day at 2 P.M. is available any car. But they first said that delivery time is fast.more or less its Very bad experience to buy a products Great Eastern Baguihati Branch.They deserved this type of review thats all.

When ever I see advertisement of Great Eastern in newspaper it never mentions of the store located in Baguiati. And it is also written in the newspaper that they do not have any other branches other than listed in the newspaper. Is this showroom authenticated??
