I had a very interactive experience with the staffs here. Especially the way they insisted me to take the free eyetest. The lady named Sinchita helped me in understanding about which glass will be better for me. I visited the shop with my mother for an eyetest on Sunday and a new pair of glasses. Though I had my previous prescription but still the optometrist lady present over there insisted me for a free eye check up for my mother, inspite of too much crowd in the shop, and my mother being a senior citizen was taken care so nicely. A great experience at the store. All the three staffs behavior was too good. And I was assisted by them so well that I have to give them a high star rating. Will definitely suggest this store to others. And I will personally suggest my known ones to get their eyes tested by that lady staff over there. A 5 star rating for her too from my side. Terrific experience I must say. The lady in this store simply denied me a eye check up. They said that I must buy a frame to avail an eye check up. Both the staff were rude. I am wearing lenskart glasses for 3 years now. And this was my worst experience.

I had a worst experience at Lenskart Khardah Rahara. I purchased from them twice earlier. But this time they were very rude and arrogant. They were not at all helpful.We are paying higher price for brand and service but they are reluctant to do eye vision checkup. They are just interested to sell higher price Specs without understanding your requirement.I purchased Gold subscription just before few days but it was a waste of money. They dont care about a loyal customer. Very rough and bad behavior. I will never visit again.I suggest you also visit other shops on the same road. You can get cheaper price and better service than LensKart.

#patheticI got rust in one of my sunglasses from khardah lenskart. I have submitted the faulty one for replacement in December,2019 . Till now (9th july,2020) I have visited four times,still they could not replace it,too much disappointing.Horrible experience.I had no idea that choosing lenskart would be a big mistake.Each & every time I go & choose another one,they ask me to come again after few days to get the approval for the replacement. People do not have that much time to waste for a sunglass replacement.
