One of the worse dealer Ive ever visited. Specially service center is worst. People are involved in mischievous practice to cheat the customers. They behave rudely when they are asked to clarify the wrong statement they pass. Even they are not agreed to sell spare parts in the MRP.

Worst service centre forever.It is big mistake by me that I have purchased my bike from Raja motors.At the time of selling the car they have called multiple times to me but at the time of servicing they did not have any worry about customer problems. 4 times I returned from there. Just worst.

Worst Service Centre. I will not recommend this service centre even to my enemy. The behaviour of Mr. Raja Kushari, Service Manager is extremely rude and bad. He always tries to dominate you instead of hearing your issues. His way of talking will make you angry, he behaves like a Class 1 Sarkari Babu and thinks you are his peon.

They offer a lot of bikes. The portfolio is quite impressive. Staffs behaviour is also very polite & they tried hard to convince customer to buy bikes.I took test drive of Hero Expulse 200 off-road version from here.

Dont buy vehicle from hereI purchased Hero Xtreme 160R but they gave me incorrect documents. Also Goodlife members details are incorrect.

They changed the fuel lid with a bad quality lid of my destini for no reason at first service without even informing me. I dont know what else they have replaced in my scooty.

I bought a bike from there. It is really good with very good customer service and they try their best to process your vehicle papers within the shortest amount of time.

Youll be the burden to them once you pay the amount. Service is also bad.

This review is of After sales service : Highly unprofessional behavior . They are only interested in catering to naive uncles opting for Engine Oil change.Your concerns hardly matter to them. The service manager tries to persuade you into believing a globally accepted problem as normal vibration.If you have minor issues go for it or else I wont suggest this showroom for some serious issues.

Worst service ever. Disgusting behaviour. Irritating personality.Special the behavior of Head Service Manager - RAJA. (not the owner) is very rude and mean. He will never try to understand the customer istead he dominate them.Once i got my splendor serviced. Before taking in they check it thoroughly for any fault. After its done i found a huge scratch on beside the headlamp. On asking him he just denied and told me it was already from before, and asked to claim my insurance. They did not have any solution.One of my friend got xtreme 160r. On his first servicing, the engine oil looked like badam pista colour, which is very unnatural. Raja denied to take the situation under control and asked to claim his insurance again.

I visited here few days earlier . All hero parts are available here. But service takes a long time . Maximum time you have to keep your byke here for overnight . And as it is established on a urban and rich area bill always will be high. I think you avoid this place if you want to samve money. And believe me there is no difference between mechanic of this place and you know someone better in your place.
