Excellent place to have a residence. Yes there are liquor shops around but never seen any nuisance out of them in this 01 year of stay. Building is just adjacent to BT Road and it has a great view of the cityscape . Ever vibrant place to enjoy with all sorts of restaurants around you. Spencers is within the buildings and theyve a very good stock & variety. Definitely recommended 👌 👍

Spencer is in ground floor. Stand alone high rise building. Very good location, its on BT Road.

Not a decent family friendly location. 3 liquor shops just adjacent to the building wall. Very crowded place and drunkers all around at night
