This old branch in Garia Station Road area was famous among customers for its good service and gentle behaviour of the staff. But nearly three years ago, number of staff of this branch began to diminish. This branch became infamous for bad service and unpleasant behaviour of some staff. Again the situation has changed from the beginning of 2018. Now service of this branch is good enough and behaviour pattern of the staff is quite satisfactory.14/01/2021:: Now this Bank is Punjab National Bank. At present service of this branch is not up to the mark.
