A beautiful experience at the site interacting with very helpful executives of the company. The project location is excellent with good access through wide road and metro. The Phase-I of the project is seen completed and looks impressive. I am impressed with the project and the related people.

Booked an apartment in phase 2. The location is wonderful and the workmanship of phase 1 is excellent, so hopefully the phase 2 will be equally good. Working with Santanu was easy and he is extremely responsive. I am booking from outside India so it is really important to have someone who is responsive. We are at the initial stage of the process so hoping to have a smooth ride rest of the process.

I have booked a Flat at Tower 6 of Phase 2 of this particular project. I loved the location of the project. It is very closely connected with Kabi Subhas Metro and new Airport Metro (just 1 min walk). New Garia Rail Station is also very close to the project ( just a casual walk). EM bypass is also just 10 mins walk from the Gate of the Housing. Booking was very smooth. Experience with the staffs were very nice especially Mrs Debarati Sen. The only drawback which I could see in the project is that there is no natural waterbody within the project area. Otherwise in terms of facilities and amenities they are providing world class quality. I am looking forward to get the handover of my Flat which they promises of handing over during end of 2022.

The landscape of this project is really cool. If you just enter the lobby, you can automatically decide whether you want to be a part of it or not. At this point of time I cannot afford it, but if you can, the visit is worth a shot.

Patuli more is 10 min walking distance, e rickshaw is also available. The project has cesc supply but under rajpur sonarpur municipality. Mrs Debarati Sen dealt with us very well and the entire team is very helpful...Project work is running in full swing.

We have booked a flat here. Entire process was easy. Location wise one of the best options. Just beside Kavi subhash metro station and new garia train station. The bypass line metro to also start from just beside this project. 10-12 mins walk from Patuli more. Planning and implementation is fine (phase - I is ready). Electricity supply is from CESC which is a plus point. I live in Patuli so I know the place in and out. The community market of Patuli is close by, 5 mins walk. Work of 2nd phase going on at brisk pace.

Construction quality is very nice and connectivity is just great. Also, entire sales and post sales team is also good and cooperative.

It a over hyped and over priced property. Finishing of ready 3 BHK property is poor. Low quality electrical fittings i.e. switch etc. Sanitaryware is also of low graded hindware. Overall my personal view on this property is 👎. Its only usp is its location.

Owner of an apartment in phase I, havent received the key yet. Love the location...We can always talk with the office staffs in case of any confusion. I would like to appreciate the cooperation of Mr. Debkumar, Mr. Pathikrit and Mr. Satyajit especially in this regard. Hope the things will be smooth also in future, and will again review them after a year.One thing to remember, do not not book this property through Tresrock or Mr. Suvam (former employee of Tresrock, both are cheater). We have been cheated by them. Unimark should also take a note of this, blacklist this company and guide their customers. I will highly recommend this complex.

A good place to live in with a great communication like KAVI SUBHASH-NOAPARA METRO, GARIA-BIMAN BANDAR METRO, OPEN RAILWAY NEW GARIA IN SEALDAH -SONARPUR SECTION and near Eastern Bypass (Patuli More).All these are at the footsteps of Lakewood Estate, Patuli. Roads are also very nice and double lane towards EM BYPASS.One will love to reside at such a place with calm and quiet but having a lot of various communications.

Lakewood estate is quite chosable than other condominiums because of its strategic location, amenities and also th type of construction..

The position of this campuss is very good, rate is also not so high and has satisfactory aminities

Donot buy flat at Lakewood if you value your money. Once you pay them your life will become miserable and they will not deliver any commitment. Most of the comments are posted by builder to trap new home buyers. Uniark is a fraud builder, beware.

They should change their system so that tourists are not harassed by anyone....

Unimark Group has refused to pay my salary and other dues for more than 11 months now. They owe me almost 3 months worth of salary and are refusing to even speak to me. I worked for the group for almost 4 years and this is what I am getting in return for my sincere service to the organization. Repeated requests have fallen in deaf ears and under the current pandemic situation when the situation is even more difficult they are acting inhumane. I will request everyone to refrain buying from them as, if they could be this brutal to an employee of theirs imagine what they would be with you!! Thinking of buying an apartment at Lakewood Estate? Look at other options.

This builder is fraud and famous for providing false handover dates. Did not hand over a single flat from Springfield and Riviera project even after 2 years of promised hand over dates.

Nice complex with 2 ready to move in towers. Few others are under construction. 22,000 sq ft. club house are available. Four side open project. Near metro, railway and bus stop within 1 min walkin distance.. Bedroom sizes are good as compare to price and ceiling height is awesome...Peaceful location..Marketing executives are very good and very helpful..If you want to leave into a class life and if your budget does not matter for a single time investment then this is the best option.

Lots of confusion built up area vis a vis in the brochure.Dont be duped.The sales person showing the property is very hostile in nature doesnt want to hear buyers qeuestions.Try to understand the buyer need and query small bed rooms.Carpet area of only 812sqft for a flat of super built area 1228sqft. The ratio of Super built area to carpet area is 1.51 which is greater than the standard norms. This ratio should lie in between 1.3-1.4.This builder is already labeled as Fraud and cheat in many online platforms because they did not deliver Riviera and Springfield projects.

Good Location

Visited the site and raised query regarding few things like carpet area not matched with brochure flat type C But they are not interested to entertain the customer. Although location is good.When discussed at site they promised one price but in cost sheet it’s calculated much higher than this and didn’t responded customer email.

Fraud builders... Material used and built quality is very bad...
