Eternis is the housing complex which is situated near jessore road, Madhyam Gram...Srijjan group develop the complex..which is near about completed...Total Tower is 13....

The reasons for giving one star is given point wise - 1. After sale service worst in real estate industry. Before giving 10 -12 reminders they will not reply even sometime more. 2. Plenty of fraudulent charges in terms of interest, guarding etc. 3. Construction status you may find in my uploaded pictures & please note this status is after handover. Please think twice/thrice before booking any flat in Eternis. We are already sufferer so we dont want any more sufferer after buying flats at Eternis.

Dont buy property from srijan

I myself owns two units in this project , the location and the project isn’t bad But their silly rules and most of the people who works there are just legendary unprofessional and rude specially the sales team ( specially Preetama Ganguly Chanda and her boss miss Monalisa), they will make your journey so difficult if u want to buy a house peacefully , I have reported , called and tried reaching these people so many times but no use and no progress and no response , this was my last mistake to do any business with srijan .very disappointed 😞.

Very high price and bathrooms are very small

Entry and exit was a problem...rest all good

Very good housing complex,with all amenities and very well located
