I came here for sim replacement and they try to give replacement and 1 new sim cost of 175 rupees . And when I said no I just need replacement they said we cant do it now come back tomorrow and I went next day there was a new guy try to do same sale pitch again I have explain everything to him he said I have to wait or I can try a different store . O request please do not visit this moulali store pathetic service

They took money for mobile recharge but havent done it.When i went there with the problem the owner of the shop told mee that he couldnt help & i need to wait..Owner of the shop was rude & impolite towards the customers.Very bad experience

Dont have a electricity connection. And I am unable to receive my product due to power issue. Although the stuffs are cooperative.

Very bad experience with this Jio store .. All staff is very lazy .. Sim exchange rate is only 25 rs but they want 275 rs .. And if you ask about that then they give u a mobile stand or back cover.. They are not helping customer ..they only selling there products... Please dont go there . ...
