REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL.. REALLY GOOD STUFF OF PRODUCT.. JUST LOVED IT..

Never buy laptops from this shop.We bought a dell laptop and they have installed corrupted windows.The fan didnt work.The laptop kept on hanging.The people are extremely irresponsible and wont care about your concerns after you buy something from there.I repeat. Never buy anything from here.The Barrackpore store is much better.

@Reliance Digital SodepurHAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AND CHEATED.1st the price was hiked and offered us a price where there is 2000/- difference wrt online reliance digital price. THEN A FREE PHONE SECURITY Software were installed which was promised free and later it was charged. Again I bought a datacable for my iphone, paid a different price which is 50% higher than the sales team promised. LASTLY THE FINANCE PART, AN EXECUTIVE TOLD US AN AMOUNT AS DOWN PAYMENT AND AFTER A WHILE BEFORE PAYiNG THEY SAID THAT THE DOWN PAYMENT INCREASED BY 5K.I have also visited and bought many things from Axis mall Reliance digital but have never faced such unprofessional and lacks customer interaction z.z.I observed that most of the employees are miss selling the products.

Pls dont buy any laptop from these shop because after 5 month my laptop battery drainage problem and staff behaviour is aslo not good

I visited this place a few days ago and the items on display are quite good. Latest products from top brands are available. I found the staff very helpful but a couple of sales associates I met are somewhat rude. They offer good discounts and the prices are fair I think.

Good place for electronic goods at Sodepur. Convenient location (on BT Road, veey near Sodepur crossroads) & has a parking spot.

It has quite a large number of products and the stuffs have well knowledge about the products.

Behaviour of the attender is good, stock of goods are sufficient. I got my product within 24 hours with installation.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars rating is my bitter experience while I was purchasing a Whirlpool refrigerator. The delay in delivery was inordinate. Moreover, the communication regarding that was lackadaisical, to say the least.Otherwise, it is a very good place to purchase electronic products. I have purchased a lot of products from many Reliance Digital stores, including this one. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The stock of products is good. Overall, I recommend this store to all customers.

Reliance digital used to be one of the best electronic stores. but like recently went to the store to buy something some gadgets then most of the time they said that they dont have that one that dont have the stock. So this think saddened me a lot of times. also sometimes the executive working over there ask you to buy something for which they will get the most commission so they sometimes become so it that you cant handle them.

I had to port my Jio number from Maharashtra circle to West Bengal circle.The person who attended me having excellent attitude with full knowledge of his responsibility.

You cannot find whatever you want to buy. they have a very limited stock and also the prices of the phones are 2000 more than what you can get online. and if you ask them that you have this product, they will directly say no if they dont have it. they dont convince you that ok we will get it by this time or whatever. Earlierly reliance digital used to be a nice place but I think it is not anymore now
