I had a horrible experience. I purchased a Hitachi AC from this shop on 30.4.19. After making many phone calls the unit was delivered without installation. Again after many calls 3 days later some technicians came and made holes on the wall and then left saying they do not have enough pipe length. I paid for the pipe and after that the technician vanished, leaving a gaping hole on the wall. Later on they said that the technician is on leave and would do the job in a day or two. Every time it is a pain to get the phone number at multichannel as nobody lifts the phone easily and after that they give some vague answer and do nothing. I think their earlier staff were better but now the shop is in real bad shape. Avoid them.

When we call to the call center or multi channels phone no , no body is picking call and they are telling that the number is in valid

Since I moved to my new flat 11 years back, I am regularly buying electronic products from Multi Channel. Great shop my good wishes to Nirmalji.
