Narendra pur Apollo Clinic is not following any Covid protocols. Lab test which should not be done during Covid , but this Apollo is not following guidelines for earning money। They are not cleaning instruments after checking patients. We should avaoid Naredrapur Apollo clinic to our safeguard from covid.After all staffs also misbehave with patients.I am very surprised Appolo like brand how tied up with such a worst type of franchise. Overall, health checkup in Naredra pur Apollo clinic is wasting of money, instruments and reports are totally junk।

What an ambience .... could not believe till we were there.....just WOW..... You call it staff discipline, staff friendliness and support....just awesome. I was stunned when I came to know later that one person whom I had been seeking support happened to be the director of the clinic himself. A simple down to earth person working hand in hand along with other staffs. I urge Apollo management to make this clinic a role model and upgrade their other clinics in similar fashion.

I visited first time at Apollo Narendrapur for vaccine .Never expected such a nice clinic so near to my house.They have a strong eminent doctors doing chamber there .The front office staffs are so helpful and caring and always with a smile.Observed that the HK was cleaning the floor continuously and the senior admin staffs were supervising the floors constantly. Highly sanitization maintained. Would recommend others from locality to visit the clinic in need

I visited Apollo Clinc Narendrapur for my vacination. This is also my first visit to the centre. I was impressed to see sach an well maintained neat and clean and beautiful ambiance centre in this locality The whole procrss was flawless and smooth.The soft music in the waiting area helps u forget your ailment or sickness and take you to a different world.The staffs were well soft spoken and well behaved right form the security to the floor managers . The sisters are very well groomed. The vaccinator injected me softly while talking to me that my fear of vaccine pain vanished within seconds .Thank you Apollo clinic for the beautiful experience.

Service is not good and not at all cooperative. The process takes lot of time, they keep sitting people and get more people IN. Those who raise voice only will be service quickly even after waiting 1-2 hours. Waste service even I saw, the reception people are too slow and if you ask they will give 1000 reasons. Very very bad. Must be avoided.Your covid vaccinations process in pathetic. Let me tell you how others are doing proactively.I took my family to Surakhya they asked for aadhar card (No Xerox taken) and reference number (already registered, appointment taken)in the reception. Only one single lady, then she checked details and let us IN with receipt copy within 5 minutes, one by one vaccination given 20+ was sitting in front of vaccination room, it just to another 15 m8nutes to complete. In 20 minutes we came out by giving secret code.Now coming to your case, when I reached around 10 AM with my aadhar and registration sms, sucueity told me go and take xerox which is absolutely not required. He said go it will be done immediately. Anyway I took xerox and went 1st floor. Vaccination counter person took my aadhar xerox, in next 15 minutes she asked to pay, another counter I paid money then again come back to her, she let me stand another 15 minutes and gave the CC transaction receipt. Now waiting start. My turn came after 2 hours. I saw people are raising voice given immediately. My booked slot 10:30-11:30 I reached 10 AM. But my turn came around 12:30, when I asked the lady was sitting vaccine counter left side (Not the one who is healty) she started arguing that you are verifying and that is takes 2 hours. I said I have done registration has secret code still they generated by their end. Unnecessary more people are engaged here. Four people work is just one lady (left one) should do other than sitting ideal without any knowledge. They didnt even ask for secret code they generated once again which was already there. Fix this problem otherwise no one will look at. I felt like came in a gov hospital for free vaccination. Tell that lady Not to think she knows everything. Keep your people humble not arguing.

I am writing this feedback as a response given to the concerns raised by my wife Mrs. Rajasree Bhattacharya. I have read your reply and observed that you have denied all the charges of poor service . We are availing your services for last four 4 years and had never complained earlier. The sister who took the BP reading through electronic machine did not request my wife to retake the BP one more time. This is a factually incorrect statement. Your machine was faulty hence it showed highly inaccurate BP levels. My wife had gone to your clinic last Wednesday to do ECG and had checked the BP level which was found to be normal. Without knowing the entire facts of the case, it is wrong on your part to blame the customer. In the name of customer customer service, if such type of blame game and harassment is suffered by us, the we will be forced to stop all relationship with your Clinic and report the same to appropriate authority.

Recently I had done the blood test for my wife and urine test for my mother. They had sent the collector to my home for samples. The response time was really amazing. He knocked my door at 7.00 a.m in the morning and he finished the job by 7.15. Further I had requested for reports thru mail. Very surprisingly all the reports were mailed to me by 7.15 p.m on the same day . So I met my house physician on that day for consultation. The service is really great. They gave me the peace of mind. I will recomend to come and visit the clinic... Its different.👍👍

Yesterday i went to check up my bp there...one unprofessional/unskilled staff measured thru electronic bp machine...i asked her...she told your bp is 66/44 & pulse is 99...i just got surprised that an organization like Apollo is maintaining this type of machine & also paid staff who is not at all trained...shame on this

Very inefficient front desk . i had visited for urine infection report and made full payment and sked for user id /password to view report online. they said its not working anymore then i asked for emailing me the soft copy of report . 3 days gone but they dont bother to sent an email. Considering its severe COVID situation i doubt if they are at all intend to stop the disease?i have called then may be 4 time today before this review. Pathetic.

Horrible customer service. The receptionists generally are busy chatting amongst themselves. It has happened twice that I have booked an appointment, but they have forgot to write it down.
