Good place .i go there to replace my samsung memory card,staff behaviour is good..it took total 30 min to get replacement a new chip..It dont look like a service center rather look like a warehouse.Experience is good

I went there to fix my charging problem and keyboard issue at 20th August,2021. They gave 11 months warranty. At that time I paid 1100 rs service charge. Now today I saw the key board is short circuited internally. When I called the owner, he is saying we will replace the keyboard but will charge 700 again as service charge. who the hell charges for service within warranty period?They gave low quality defective keyboard at the time of fixing and charged high for that. Now they are charging again. On phone call his behavior was rude illiterate. Never recommended.

I purchased PS5 online coordinating with the representative named RANJAN (his number is mentioned on the website). He guided me the exact product via the website. I finalized the product & made the payment of 25 K online (via NETBANKING). He sent me the company GST number too. Following that he sent me the tracking details of the shipment. For the first day, it directed me to DTDC courier shipment URL. But the next day, when I tried to track the shipment it let me to some Italy courier service. I continuously tried contacting that person but to no response. I was shocked to see that in such tough times of pandemic, people are up to these scams and frauds. I fail to understand how can he produce such authentic bill receipts, DTDC courier receipt and had the same number as mentioned on website. Please I genuinely request the company to probe into this matter.

Got damaged refurbished product, stopped working within 1day of use. I am from 200km away from the Service Centre. Submitted the GPU during COVID-19 situation, got the GPU after 1month later(15days before the expiry of warranty) , but they have no responsibility to Customers. It is not possible to resubmit.

Both phone numbers not working... you can not call them..and very week servicing..they was taking 3 weeks to repair my graphics card..

This zotac service center is very bad. I submit the zotac graphic card witch is in warranty and they are take 1 week time and give me a another same model graphic card, but the replacement card is defective. Dont buy zotac product.

Nice service center very polite behaviour and experienced technicians.I had a creative speaker which had a burnt port. Within a day they repaired it for me very much satisfied. They also gave me 15 days guarantee

My Sapphire Nitro RX480 8gb card was replaced 3 times within a month,and everytime the replaced card was either rightaway faulty or broke down within 10 mins after installation...Really frustrated with the service...Still the card has warranty of 8 months but Im in a position of giving up,and dont want to go there anymore...Disappointing

Provide good service.But the place where they opened their show room or bussiness room whatever you call is really dull.they should make a clear sign of their existence in that area.talking about service they done fairly a good job.as i dont use their all kind of service issue regarding computer it quite difficult to comment a fair point.

I went here the other day to get my graphics card RMAd, was made to wait for half an hour for the paperwork to check out before being handed in a replacement card. They have great service although getting to the service center is a bit hard the first time. -1 star because I overheard one of the employees saying they wanted to give hand me a less powerful card from the back room. Yes Mr I heard that.

They have taken my GPU for RMA, and given me a time of 6 weeks to wait.

They deal with companies like Zotac and Sapphire and Unfortunately I had sapphire R7 360 which the company refused to fix due to some minor rusts. Supertron guys are good, they tried but unfortunately this was not in their hand... Next time buying Zotac graphics cards

My Rx570 nitro was damn faulty and the card was in warranty. So i directly went to the service centre they tested and took in the card and provided me with an inward receipt they told me that it would take at least 1 month for replacement and that they would call me when a new card is available. I was bored for 2 days and suddenly they called me on 3rd day and said please come here your card is replaced. They only need the inward challan for smooth process of replacement and i took the inward challan and they provided me a brand new card and an outward challan. So fast RMA and so good behavior of employees.....

Zotac Nvedia service center in kolkata: i searched all the possible sources on google for zotak graphics card service center in kolkata, but those justdials and other websites were giving completely wrong address and phone numbers. Got to know about this from a computer shop. I went there after office hours, but the humbke and helpful staff assisted me, and exchanged my 2 year old faulty grapgics card in 20 minutes and gave me a brand new one. If computer is important to you, and u have spend thousands on it, then u will actually understand how happy i felt at that moment.
