The doctors are very good here but those who sit in the reception have extremely bad behaviour. Also they never give reports on time. Good place to visit doctors for checkup but please never get your tests done from their clinic. U will keep on waiting for reports!

This is the most shabby & unprofessional place in the name of diagnostics center. There way of handling customer is pathetic. I went for Annual physical checkup at 8 am. They made me wait for 45 min as they could not find appointment in their system. Post which the whole blood, ECG and Xray happened in 30 min. After which I was made to wait for 2 and half hours for next test for Ultrasound as Doctor had not come. Pls note, I was on fasting since morning.I was also made to walk bare foot in the examine rooms and did not provide slippers or anything whereas attendants were on their slippers/shoes all the time.This was a part of corporate annual check up and I could have gone to bigger hospital. I will never recommend this place!!

Odd place with odd people. The spokesperson (gopal babaji) is the most cunning, self esteemed and arrogant person youll meet on the day you visit this place.

The Diagnostic center is clean. The location of the center is good. The technicians are well trained, however I found the behavior of the receptionist lady very rude towards senior citizens (she has absolutely no patience and refuses to clarify questions that concerned patients may have). I might have given this center a 5-star rating if the receptionist lady was not so mean and if the management had taught their people to respond with empathy.

Very clumsy place , old house renovated to lab , no lady come to help when a lady need help , they keep urine samples very close to blood samples, no separate place for keeping urine samples and no separate place of washroom, I am very surprised that how health insurance companies like aaditya birla recommend this lab, only for low cost.

I really appreciate the service provided by Atulya. They were very helpful and caring during my testing. Thank You. I recommend them for all kind of diagnostics tests.

Lack of staff ray technicians r forced to do ultra sound . Doctors absent for U.S.G. report preparation .very very poor .the staffs r maltreated .
