The place is totally a mess!! Mess not as in dirty, mess as in disorganized, the approach to the place is horrendous....its absolutely impossible for any senior citizen to climb that hill in front of the approach by themselves.Imagine a situation, you walk in to get a COVID jab, the attendant who is responsible for administering the jab, just jabs the fellow who reaches the cubicle without looking at any sort of documentation.... Its not fiction its a fact...!!!!

Had appointment for USG.The doctor left with patients waiting.Had to go another day.Horrible experience.Would never reccommend.

The staff members here are very rude they dont have manners to talk to people the place is very much crowded and the service is very slow. They are not following covid protocols as the place is crowded too much

Dunlop branch is a 3rd class diagnostic branch of Suraksha. The authority only wants full payment at the earliest but the are not willing to provide reports on time. All the persons there in that branch are highly unprofessional.

Recently my Mother in law visited this diagnostic centre for chest xray suspected COVID symptoms. There the attendent misbehaved & harassed her asking for non disclosure of COVID positive. This is absolutely unprofessional & disgraceful behaviour with lack of common sense that you are visiting a diagnosis center for detecting the confirmation of COVID, she was not sure about that!! The way they forced her to reply was really shameful wherein she was unable to speak because of severe cough and cold. Not done at all.

Very bas experience at the reception and over all staffs, as the time slot for my vaccination was 10:30-11:30am but they delayed too much for all the persons came for first dose of vaccination.And when we are paying for that then why so much of delay??Never go to them else you will also face the same issue.✌🏻👍🏻

Visited on 3rd july. Astonished to see their patient management. My wife had to go through a bunch of blood tests followed by ecg, echo & xray.1. Staff behaviour absolutely unprofessional, uncooperative & inefficient.2. At the time of echo they left the door wide open & were complaining about air conditioning. They called upon a guy who came inside the room where the procedure was ongoing. I mean does they lack general sense. How can someone come in that time.3. I highly un-recommend this lab.

Suraksha Diagnostics Centre is located on PWD Road in-between Dunlop and Mahamilan Math Ashokgarh.Positives -1. All types of health check up (test) happen here daily. Blood test, eye check up, USG (3D), Digital Xray, CT Scan etc.2. Doctors doing tests are experienced.3. Process of booking test and getting report is good. Online report download facility available.4. Cash and Card payment available.5. Bike parking availble but no space for car.6. Polyclinic is there at Suraksha Diagnostics Centre, Dunlop, North Kolkata.Negatives -1. Lift not working for going up n down to 1st floor.2. A bit costly but Result is Accurate.I recommend.

My friend went there to give a sample of her urine because her doctor suspected UTI. The bathroom for the sample collection was very dirty and there was no running water inside. She is now afraid that she might have caught UTI from that very bathroom itself. The main corridors of the building are well maintained. I would also request you to maintain some threshold of hygiene in the bathrooms.

I recommend you not to go there. First of all they dont know how to behave with customers and they dont know about time management, all they know are money.

Worst behavior and co-operation. They gives reporting date and time to patients and treats as first come first serve. Funny side is they would even allot time when doctor/specialist is not even available. I had given time to 10:00 am and my test started at 3 pm. This not even first time for me here.Never ever go there...

I am a Doctor and I advised my patient to perform a two hr ESR test which was customized.But results showed I hr ESR rate.Do the needful . Careless attitude of Dunlop surkaksha branch was not expected.

Moderate pathological and related rest centre, charges are not that much high. Careful and polite staffs.

Not so good. Some Receptionists are quite rough in behaviour. Radiologists are always in hurry ,they dont need to quarry for what problems patients come here.

Went to Dunlop, Kolkata branch for PCOD test package. Staff are clueless about the package it PCOD in general, whereas it is listed online. Please keep trained staff, or atleast give them training.They wasted 30 minutes of my time in the morning when i went and waited empty stomach. Staff were loudly discussing about what PCOD is amongst themselves. Also inspite of them having no knowledge of the syndrome they began to scrutinize the prescription and tried to call my doctor.

Clean, hygenic, well behaved staff at all level, appointment times are kept, reports available online and informs over sms when it is ready. Have a number of centres throughout kolkata. One centralized number gives every information. If the information is not available right now with them, they will call you back within minutes. Smooth billing and registration.

SURAKSHA DIAGNOSTIC well known diagnostic centre in kolkata by its name but in Dunlop/Baranagar area its just new one,so 3stars lets see in the future does this diagnostic hub maintained its goodwill.According to location its not located at centre of Dunlop,a patient have to travel 15 to 20 minutes by feet ahead from Dunlop Bus Stand towards Dakhineswar,located on the Road.

Horrible service, I had a USG for my child on 08/06/2019. I went to collect the report on 09/06/2019 after 10 AM and had to wait for over 40 minutes to get it.

To bad. Rough behave of staff, management problem, Security Guard also untrained. Token machine under out of order.
