Not gonna lie every thing is good about ms. I myself am happy be it the quality of the car ,be it the work they did. The only thing about which i am a bit depressed is that we bought a verna fluidic from here the ac vent clips were broken. We have been trying to contact them about it constantly . If it would have been done i will be not disappointed at all. Because rest of it is very good. Since my father cant drive we didnt even sit inside and checked the car so we didnt know about the ac vent clips. Post 3months experience: Had to suffer quite a lot post buying verna with them ,steering issues are still unresolved, no complete solution to problems and they offer 3 services free which basically means only the charge of the labour is free else you will have to pay the entire servicing charge .. Utterly disappointed .. No one even picks up the call properly , no follow up from their end , worst post-sale service , think wisely before you buy do not just buy after watching youtube videos .. Judge,visit other motor vehicles and then you should select customers who with a lot of hope bought cars from you.There is no way to reply to your post so I am adding it over here itself.First of all you need to clear it to customer about your different teams , it is not possible for a customer to find out who is there in which department,secondly you know that a customer is repeatedly trying to connect your staff still you didnt bother to get back to me thats shows your customer service or eccentricity which you claim to be extraordinarily good which sadly not in my case.The experience has been horrible till date,instead of trying to diverge issues I would suggest you to give proper service to customers and address their issues properly.

I am from Odisha and went to Kolkata to purchase my first car, a MINI, from MS Motors.My experience was with very good overall.Manoj ji, the owner, is cordial and straightforward person. His colleagues and staffs were very supportive and ensured the car is clean and technically bolstered. We travelled to back to Odisha clocked 650KMs.He also gave us a test drive of other luxurious cars like one of his personal collection Porsche Carrera ( man whatta car).Amazing part was the documentation, it happened in a jiffy. It was faster than my bank could activate their account.The only part where Manoj ji was wrong when he said the car gives a mileage of max of 10KMPL on highways. Well, as per my experience it gives a mileage of 15.5.
