Recently purchased jupiter from this showroom. Salesman Ranajit extremely unethical and no professionalism. Struggling with the new jupiter more time spending in service centres than on road. False promises are made here. I would suggest never ever to visit this showroom and waste your hard earned money.

Salesmen with no knowledge about product, cannot clear any doubts, test drive offered for less than 100 metres. On road price is abnormally high. Pathetic in one word.

Would request not to consider this showroom for buying any tvs two wheeler , they cant keep on their promise and delays. Customer service is horrible, tries to cheat the customer in every possible way even if it is for providing half litre fuel during time of delivery they will hesitate to give that. No management staff present ever in showroom ,and upon asking to speak to them the sales persons say that the manager is in their workshop . Cant keep customers documents safely including signed ownership form for registration , had to submit entire set of documents and sign registration form twice as they had misplaced it. Delivered scooter with scratches and swirl marks all over ,not even bothered to get it polished and looking tidy . The helmets they provide are locally made ones costing 100-150 rs and with likely fake isi stamping , not something you would like to get after buying a two wheeler worth 60-70 thousand if not more . All in this is a cheap showroom which is suggested best to avoid .

I have booked the scooty pep plus, with the full amount last week of July, but till date I dont get It, due to number plate issue, but during the booking sales person assured me, that I will get my scooty within 1month. As well I would like to mention that after receiving the Amount, sales person dont informed any thing, and till date i havent received my scooty

One of the worst service centre they have. Have given for servicing in their service centre in tangra. Without informing they have change my scooty part. More over after one week my scooty starts giving trouble. The handle gets stuck when turn on the right side. Again went there the staff show no interested to solve my issue. Instead they have told me that I need to change ball bearing and others parts. When I told them last week only I have given for servicing why they didnt raise the issue. They could not answer my question.Dont go there for servicing they simply rips you off.
