Dwarka service station is very old and renowned gas station atound Dumdum area. Due to their huge number of customers, they have taken every thing for granted. I recently filled my bike with Xp95 which is their superior quality of petrol and whenever i refuel i do it full tank. But to my dismay they cheated me of near about 200 rupees. I trusted them so I did not cross check but when i returned home i saw my petrol was less by near about 2.5 to 3 litres.Another friend of mine was given water in petrol which damaged his bikes engine to a great extent.Dwarka Service station isnt the same as it was before. They dupe their customers and cheat them with their trust.

Good quality petrol available. Although they run short on high octane fuel every once in a while, but it doesnt matter much because most of the time, they are well stocked with it.

This fuel station is open 24 hrs like other pumps and especially this pump has a washing station for cars in it. Washing is done till midnight and more.

Worst experience for the first time. Refilled xtrapremium and paid Rs. 1950/- meter reading showed ok. But the fuel indicator didnt move beyond one scale up. God knows what happened.

This petrol pump has many extra facilities...Like Nitrogen filling and Normal air filling, Tyre Puncture repairs, Instant car insurance, Car wash and Pollution Test. It is the closest to my home and I am happy to have it near. Moreover, I also have its Card that credits some points whenever I fill up my car with some fuel. Those points accumulated can give me some bonus fuel. However I dont know if it has a Toilet or free Drinking water supplies.

Worst petrol pump staffs ever found in dum dum area.Staff name- AbhisekManager name- Mr. SudipThe staff always misbehave with his customers and the manager defends him. He shouts and use derogatory stuffs to the customer.Me and my father went to that petrol pump to fill petrol for my vehicle and i was in the line when he cut the line and asked the next guy after me abt the quantity of refilling. When my father said that we were in the line, he shouted at us and used derogatory stuffs. When i countered, his manager came and started defending his staff and shouted at us as well. Being a customer, is this the service a customer deserves. My father is an ex serviceman of oil sector as well as a member of oil committee, still then the manager and the staffs misbehaved with my father.I will take heavy action against this and i will do whatever is needful.
