Really worst behaviour of the staffs. Attitude of 1st floor staffs are very rude and illogical. They give reason due to covid you can not even wait outside where there is no one present instead they will send direct to the ground floor in a much crowdy place.

Interns and doctors were well behaved,polite but i must say the reception stuff were truly worthless,they always been rude with the patient.They must be polite with the patient.

In short, brilliant. I have visited this place for a problem. The students as well as doctors are very helpful, cheerful and are good at listening to people. Everyone is keen to help. The charges are very less compared to private chambers. The facilities are great. The campus is large and spacious and clean. Theres not a sihgle piece of stray plastic in the campus.

If you think you can get treatment in reasonable price,then you are wrong. At first the intern students will check you and then they will refer you to different other departments. Then you have to use the lift to reach different departments. After wandering 3-4 hours in different department,they will give a date. After one month when you visit there again the doctor will tell you, you need RCT or Clipping etc. These facilities are not available here. Then the doctor will give you his personal phone number and clinic details and will suggest to go there.....!!!!!

They are using the patient for learning, not treating. Using the non sterile instruments to all patient in OPD. They dont bother whether you are being infected from their other patients. So, please dont go there if you have other option.

I took my wife to Gurunanak Dental Hospital in Sodhpur 3 months ago for dental problems. When the doctors there saw her, they advised her to seal her teeth. It took 1 month to know this, 3 doctors also saw it.Today I showed Happy 32 dental care doctor madam, madam saw that some part of the cap of the previous tooth is broken. This is the reason for this problem.Then the doctors here did not understand that instead of RCT the tooth, the cap of the previous tooth should be changed. Then we would not have wasted this time.Very Poor diagonesis .........
