Really good,professional and prompt service. My HP laptop display stopped working and I needed a repair urgently during this lockdown as I need to complete all my office activities. Fortunately the center sent the technician to check and pick up the laptop and delivered it within next day. Charges are decent based on part replacement and repair. Good job.

Everything was fine, their behaviour and work. One thing for which i gave 4 stars is because, they were about to give me the estimate for the repairs of my device by two days as they earlier told me they would... but i didnt get any call from them and had to call back to get the information. And when i asked about the estimates, they still were yet to start with the work on my device.. but glad it got finished on time. So appreciate it for that.

Booked service request in morning and was promised service the same day. Waited whole day, no response. Again was promised visit by 11 AM next day. Waited till 1 PM. Finally cancelled the request and decided to purchase printer of different make.Mr Samir Paul was assigned to attend my repair request. Owner,s reply that request was not lodged, is incorrect. Most pathetic service....I asked them for onsite service of my hp envy laptop....there was a software related issue....they sent an engineer who actually know nothing.....he tested some trivial ways for few minutes and said that there was a serious issue....was completely unable to solve the issue but still charged Rs 500. Later I easily solved the issue with help of one of my friend who is a computer engineer.

Worst service.... They doesnt provide any receipt and product will get damaged again after the service

Good and right place for getting your laptops serviced and repaired under trained hands. Reasonable charges, on-time delivery and explaining problem to customer and its solution.

My HP laptop was not powering on & screen was flickering. Contacted Mr. Bappaditya who sent service engineer the same day. Shorting of motherboard was diagnosed and taken for repair. Motherboard repair carried out and LCD screen replaced. Laptop returned home after around 10 days. Laptop now working fine. I have been assured that quality work has been carried out and I shoud not face any more issues with my laptop.
