Wrost service center in kolkata.. Staffs behaviour is very bad. Staffs of lenovo service centre are in airs. They behave like they are SDM of that division. Infact, A SDM hasnt attitude like lenovo staffs of E-mall. If the behavior of the employees persists then hardly your service center will be able to progress. Especially, The staffs at the service center as well as Lenovo store, Alcove should be well trained how to communicate when the customers come back after buying a laptop. Writing this review after having a very bad experience with the Lenovo Service CenterI had to visit this service center as my lenovo laptop was throwing BSOD error. Coming to the experience of visiting the service center, first of all its a small service center and anyone who visits needs to wait for around 3hrs to even tell the service center guy about the issue with your device. The service is very slow.Then after you have already waited for 3hrs to show them the issue with the laptop they would ask you to leave it there for atleast a week and assure that they will call. But they will not , I had to follow up repeatedly and they called me after a week as they were not able to identify the problem. When I visited the service center again, within few minutes the error occurred thrice and they told that they dont have the time to sit and diagnose it. When asked about what is the solution the reply was very rude from the front desk person who told me that they dont know what needs to be done and dont have time to sit and diagnose it. I had to leave without any solution and a very bitter experience.Very unprofessional and rude behavior.

Worst laptop brand ever I have seen. Dont buy Lenovo laptop its just wastage of your money.laptop is not working properlysince first day of purchase and when you take it to service center they would just give you list of long expense.

Very bad experience, when you going with warranty then work will complete after 7 days but with out warranty then work completed with in one hour, why I dont know, i observed and find that discrimination.....I think lenovo is planning to shutdown laptop business..... Otherwise its automatically happening..... maximum lenovo laptop have same keyboard problem...

Very poor service...they will make you wait... then ask to submit on minor problems too.I submitted my laptop...new laptop just 2 month old...os issue ..they take 4 days nd now I am having battery issue. I doubt my new one is replacedTo all there never ever buy lenovo...never after purchase there service is too baf...they just have these small service center for whole kolkata.Just think!!!!

Staff is helpful but make sure to have 3 to 4 hrs in hand if you come after 11 am

This lenovo service center is located at Emall 2nd floor very near to Chadni Metro station . It is Lenovo companys authorised service center.

My laptop is getting over heated despite placing on table or hard surface when I said to them my problem they said it never happens and talked very rudely as if Im lying because its under warranty ...excuse me? Im not insane Ill go out in covid and like everyone I have also works.. Furthermore Company has charged for it so I dont think they should behave like as if they are doing it for free rather than they should associate in a good way and try to resolve problems sometimes its not about money but service ...and service is not good I had to go for more than 2 times for some sort of software problems

They r some lazy workers,will do everything so they dont have to do their job,i traveled 3 hours to reach them,my laptop was out of warranty,and its keyboard wasnt working,it had a ic problem so battery was unpluged,also display would become dead whenever it wishes,when i told them all of this they didnt even bothered to open and check the laptop,they only said as display is now working u have to bring it again when its not working otherwise we cant check wht is the problem,they avoided my battery problem the same way,but thankfully they said my keyboard could be replaced,but it will cost me 4000 and the warranty will only be of 3 months,when in ohone they said warrenty will be of 1 year,i came such a long way in this lockdown and they didnt even bothered to open the laptop and check it.

My Lenovo laptop was in warranty the service centre take the laptop after a week said its not covered in warranty,get it repair on chargeable, I have discussed with regional manager they also not supported.I asked for estimate after 18 days they provided estimate for 26000,so its not possible to get the same repaired, as my laptop total cost with bag and accessories was 28000.

They are very slow. You have to wait for hours for anything/ everything. Submission of laptop takes 1-1.5hrs. If you pay using upi, it takes 30mins to generate them invoice

My new lenovo laptop ideapad is getting overheated, its under warranty , they checked iy but said that there is no overheating . I constantly made them understand that its getting overheated please check the fan and hardware parts coz sometimes its appears a blacks screen but they didnt listen properly . really worst .. During covid situation we r not going to make fun and go over there right.. If your laptop is in warranty then definitely they wont bother about u..moreover they said I should give my laptop to them and when I asked them how many days they behaved rudely and said how can I say that with a tone which was very horrible for a customer to hear... Really worst

Rude staff. Lenovo customer base is big. Because of this they have become arrogant and careless. Customers are not being treated well.

If your laptop is under warranty then go to this service centre without any hesitation. But if it is out of warranty then please call lenovo customer care and they will give you the number of their authorised service centre. Call on that number, Ask them about location, pricing and timing by describing your problem. They will definitely help you with exact prices and services. Though this service centre is tied up with lenovo and ofcourse authorised. But lenovo doesnt recommend this you on call. I think in this service centre, they charged so much costly . At least I have experienced that .

Very worst and pathetic service. If there will be a provision for negative marking, I will give that one. I seriously advise not to buy any Lenovo products mainly laptop. Always prefer Dell or HP for laptop need.

The people are very cooperative and efficient. Its a small place. During this covid situation they are maintaining the hygiene well in there.

Extremely unprofessional I must say. I repaired my laptop there as my laptop was not opening. They charged 3500/- for that and within 2-3 weeks again the same problem arises. I went there, resubmitted it and they repired but again after 3-4 days the same problem. I went 5th time there but everytime they failed and everytime they changed their statements sometime motherboard problem sometime keyboard problem. Its ridiculous and event in the 5th time where they are supposed to repair it for free they charges 2500 more. They rejected for the refund but they earlier promised if they failed several times they will refund but they denired also and suggested me to turn on my laptop with a safety pin. They are clearly misguiding us by charging much money. They behaved extremely bad and unprofessional. I would like to request to the authority to kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

I wasted 6,500/- here.My Lenovo Ideapad 520 Laptop was having some problems...nd they didnt fix what the exact problem. then they changed my 1TB Hard Disk (which is now in good condition, i am using as portable HARD DRIVE) @6500 INCLUDING GST& CGST,And also they changed right speaker of the laptop. It takes too much time for a minor fault. People believe on service centre but this service centre broke the trust of people. At a time they dont repair your computer correctly or 100℅ correct. You have to go lots of time here for repair.So, they can get earn more money it behave like private repair shop!

They have taken my laptop for diagnosis @600.They called me after 1 week and were enable to diagnose and later they told mother board issue.after returning g the laptop they forgot to insert the battery and I have to visit them again.They have made mistake but they have not called us.after 2days when I called them then they realised.i think they want to keep the battery and sold it to another customer.worst people and worst service centre.do not visit.they dont have knowledge at all.

My laptop was in warranty period. They have replaced my hard disk within a day. Happy to their service.

They are unwilling to accept card payments saying that 1.5 % additional transaction charge would be levied for card payment. Cant understand why theyre taking additional charges debit card transactions on POS !They insist on cash payment instead of digital payement when India is moving towards cashless transactions !

I had given lenovo mix tablet in the service center. First they diagnosed the tablet and said, we need to purchase the operating system, for that it cost around Rs 3000. We had to pay Rs 500 as advance and it took one month to export from outside country. We accept it. After one month they called us that operating system came. We went there, first they said tablet wasnt took the charge. We again went back home and check it was charging. On next day we said it was charging. After that they said keyboard was not working you have to repair it otherwise you have to purchase operating system. We asked the cost and they said it would be Rs 600-800..We said it was out of our budget but still we were ready to pay extra Rs 600. They took again almost a month to repair it. And one sudden they called and said us you have to pay extra Rs 1600. We went there and talk with them but they dont understand. Please dont trust them. Even we dont know whether our keyboard was actually damaged or not.

There is always a long queue and you need to wait for about half an hour for your turn.Most of the people come here for keyboard related issues and they are advised for a keyboard change and many come here because of booting issues(BSOD problem).The place offers good service though.Advice: If you are opting for a door service from the lenevo website then make sure you cancel that request because even if they ask you to deposit your laptop and collect it after a couple of hours/days then also they wont operate unless and untill you deactivate your request.
