Worst travel agent on the planet.He just ruined our guwahati trip.He is a big cheater.Only looting our hard earned money.

Very good travel agency. Have provided all support required during my travel. They called everyday to enquire about location and if any problems that may be faced. Satisfied with their support.specialy Mr.Joy. very supportive person. Thanks Mr. Joy.

Worst experience with this Promise India tourism... No single call when we reached at destination. No hotel booking in advance when we reached then he booked.. No coordination with Driver... No Discussion with Driver, He used to ask us what next, where u will stay... etc. No proper Guidance.. No Proper Site Seeing, Changing words minute by minute...Given commitments that will provide Delux Room and here we had experience No TV, No Gizer, No HeaterVery Bad and Worst Experience we have ever seen..My Big mistake that i have booked it by going online.. Be Aware for your Tour...Thank you so much promise India to tought me good lession for going online booking with unknown person...My whole Tour was worse....Thank you👍

The agency shud be renamed as fake promise India tourism. The rating of no star rating shud be available since it is not there 1 star had to alloted. We had a group of 71 people for Guwahati-Shillong trip for 5 days it was very well mismanaged n non co-operated. They charged so much and facilities were given only to add inconveniences to the group members. Fake promises were made by the tour operator who cudnt serve more than puri-bhaji and dal-chawal on 4 days... Not at all recommended. People please save money and dont fall prey to such FAKE promises tour operator..

I am giving this rating bcz there is no option of giving negative rating... Fake people, fake agency, they dont know how to behave with their customers.They will talk very innocently and promise everything what u want in your trip in minimum package but they will show their real face after start of your trip.They will compel u to pay full amount with no quality service when u have no other option but to pay them.Full wastage of money, worst experience, never go with their words and never ever choose this agency for your trip.

Thanks to SetMyTrip for presenting us such a memorable trip to Darjeeling and Sikkim.Good Hotels and Service.Everything was given as Promised by the team of Promise India.Visited on March,2017.

We took a andaman nicobar tour package with these guys and had a worst experiece.When we reached port blair they made us wait in a hotel for 2 hours saying your room is being cleaned and it was very hot weather, we managed anyhow.In this 2 hours they even didnt care to give water, we asked hotel receptionist for water but they kept on saying wait wait wait and after 3 hours they gave us boiling hot water.We were very fruatuated and called promise india but they didnt help as they got all money.There were many agents for travelling, for staying and so on. When we had issue with travelling we had to contact travel agent and when we had problems with staying we had to contact other agent but none answered well.They wanted to loot us by any possible chance but when we insisted to pay for any reason they didnot answer well.Well there is much more to write about them.In few words please do not go with promise india and spoil your precious trip go for other vendors.Monil Chudasama.

Completely Fraud Organization which will run by only the middle mans And motive is to cheat the tourists for some Rupees. Only give one star for which post is possible.
